Wiener Haus In Bologna

We've been coming here for a long time, partly because we enjoy playing often. The food is good and varies with the season. The kids are really nice and go out of their way. The only downside, and I'm truly sorry to have to say it...unfortunately, it's starting to get a little rough. Today we were attacked by a group of kids who took any excuse to start a fight. They told me they also started a fight with some of the staff. Perhaps—and I'm sorry to say this for the many good people who live or work there—it's hurting the area, which is increasingly run down. I was honestly scared and very angry. It can't be that after work you can't get a drink and a sandwich in a place and you have to be scared. I really hope it was an isolated incident.

I had fond memories of this chain in Naples, but then many of the restaurants closed. So I was happy to find it again in Bologna. The place still has a very distinctive feel. The menu offers less choice than I remembered. The hot pretzels are good. Otherwise, everything else is good, but not particularly good. What didn't convince me were the prices! For 4, it was €91, considering that the kids' menu was free (so €91 for 3). I think it will be a while before I go back...

Good! Large portions and average prices.

I stumbled upon this restaurant purely by chance due to work-related reasons. Having visited numerous restaurants and pubs of all kinds, I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready and attentive to customer requests. The restaurant is clean and carefully designed to match its theme. The food is excellent! Having eaten here numerous times, I've had the opportunity to try almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it for events with friends and family.

Very large and nice place, with ample parking. Friendly staff. We were guests for an organized event. Everything was very chaotic. The food was average.

On a crowded Sunday we managed to find a seat, took a much appreciated children's menu, 2 spatzle starters and a hamburger, fast service and we understand perfectly that those working in the dining room do their best and therefore it is normal to wait a little longer than necessary, we witnessed scenes of people complaining to the staff always communicating the same things to 3-4 waiters, we had a good time and I really think we will return 🍔🍝

Industrial-style franchise fare, a far cry from haute cuisine. Good service, casual but noisy atmosphere.
