Very good, a very unique place with fast service for a packed Saturday lunch. The food was truly excellent; we had a burger, a sandwich, a first course, and a cutlet with a mixed appetizer beforehand. Everything was excellent. The staff was super friendly, which added a touch of class to the place.

Friends, I have to tell you: this is, to date, one of the best fast food joints I've ever been to! The place is super nice, it feels like a real Austro-German beer hall: all wood, well-maintained, and a truly great atmosphere. The menu is quite extensive, but I was tempted by the "il croccante" sandwich, accompanied by fries and a small Kozel. I even "stole" a piece of schnitzel from the person I was with... guys, it was delicious and filling! I was pleasantly surprised! I paid €21 and left feeling full and happy. Having seen the other locations of the chain, I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

I'm not one to leave many reviews, but here I really feel the need to, from the heart. I work downtown and take my lunch break here when I can.
Never had any problems. If they know I have a short break, they try to prioritize where possible. They're really fast. You can even stop by in the early afternoon when the kitchen is open.
I've never had a cold dish, and there's so much variety; it's impossible not to find something.
And what really impresses me is the manager.
He's incredibly quick, going back and forth between the tables, cleaning, seating, welcoming. Basically, everything.
Generally, the managers take a bit of time in their roles.
So it's really a nice thing to see.

We ate the cutlets and, I have to tell the truth, they were excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, the service fast and the guys are very good, the Halloween decorations very cute, but I didn't understand if the dust on the chandeliers was fake or just dust dust.

A quaint restaurant (franchise) located inside the "Il Centro" shopping center. When we're shopping and decide to have lunch, we usually choose this place. Depending on the time of day, you may have to wait up to 15-20 minutes to be seated.
Friendly staff. Food is okay.

We were there on the 15th for lunch. I have to say that the food was good, but the only flaw was that I found cold chips covered in ketchup under the fries. I got the impression that they had recycled them from another dish because the ketchup wasn't included. I pointed this out to the waitress, who immediately changed my dish and removed the ketchup from the fries.
