The restaurant is located on the second floor, access is via an external staircase. As soon as you enter you notice the accuracy in the layout, you immediately breathe an air of welcome, small as a restaurant but very pleasant. The service is attentive and fast (I was very struck by the idea of giving the children sheets of paper with drawings and colors, a sign that confirms their attention to detail)! We start immediately with a crocchettone and a mozzarella in carrozza (made by them) both delicious. Then the much vaunted pinza. I choose the one with fiordilatte, beef carpaccio, truffle, rocket, flakes of 24 month old Grana Padano... delicious, very light, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, honeycomb, a sign that it has had a perfect leavening and maturation above all, (the next day it is as if I had not eaten anything)! My wife instead had a Fiordilatte, Smoked Scamorza, Porcini Mushrooms, Speck Alto Adige IGP Sudtirol, Granella di Pistacchio, which I tasted and it was equally delicious. The only flaw if we really want but like everything it's a matter of taste, I didn't like the tomato on my son's margherita, a sweetish note, almost like tomato concentrate, which didn't give credit to the perfection of this dough. And I would add to the wine list a Calabrian rosé like Pescanera, which goes wonderfully with pizza. Definitely highly recommended, I will return. Congratulations!

My husband and I were here at the end of July 2024 for a wedding in Siderno. This was one of the very first places we had a sit down dinner and I couldn't say enough good things about it. We were both very impressed by the service and the space. The food was 10/10 as well. Highly recommend. We still talk about it to this day. Thank you for a wonderful evening. ✨🖤

I'm definitely biased, because now I can say that I feel at HOME every time I'm here. But I still want to tell the truth and pause for a moment, the quality and attention to detail is no small feat. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing, and the service is impeccable. The staff are extremely friendly, always attentive but never intrusive. Also attentive to any customer request or need. Each dish is an explosion of fresh and well-balanced flavours, demonstrating a true passion for cooking. You can see that each ingredient is carefully chosen, and the preparation is done with great attention and passion. It is really RARE to find a place that manages to combine quality, courtesy and a good atmosphere so perfectly.
As for their tongs, the base is light and crunchy, it is a real delight: it never weighs down and has a rich but delicate flavour, thanks to the long leavening and the choice of high quality flours. Each bite is a perfect combination of soft texture in the center and crunchiness at the edges.
Definitely an option to consider for those looking for a lighter and tastier version of the usual pizza. And another positive note (personally tested) the dough does not cause large glycemic changes like a pizza. The top quality and 0 km ingredients. The fried foods (tasted all) are one better than the other and you are spoiled for choice. Each piece, whether croquette, supplì, arancino or mozzarella in carrozza, is perfectly golden and crunchy, without being at all greasy. The breading is light and crunchy, but at the same time it never covers the flavor of the very fresh ingredients. And finally the desserts which are all excellent, but the tiramisu remains in my heart. I know that every time I want to bring my friends here I feel at home and believe me that's no small thing.

An incredible find, if I could give 6 stars I would! Very kind staff, exceptional tongs... the best I've tasted so far and certainly the best in the area! I also recommend the tiramisu, really excellent.
