An exceptional pinsa in every way! The dough is light, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, highly digestible, and made with the highest-quality ingredients. Each pinsa is meticulously crafted, and you can taste the passion in every bite. The staff is attentive, professional, and truly cares about the quality of the product, always available and smiling. A huge plus is the owner, a very kind and attentive person, who shows how much he cares about the place and customer satisfaction. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. A place you'll gladly return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

I have no words, everything was delicious, I have rarely eaten such tasty and well-made dishes, the staff were truly friendly and helpful, the location was welcoming and there is nothing more to say, my compliments.

I came for dinner with my girlfriend, I didn't know this place, I started with some fried food, very good like the mozzarella in carrozza with patanegra lard, then moving on to an exquisite pinza with black truffle bresaola grana which was truly out of this world, accompanied by a very good and flavorful red craft beer, not to mention the very knowledgeable and friendly staff, truly an excellent experience to return absolutely 👍🏻 💯

From the very first moment, the place makes you want to stay, as the staff warmly welcomes you to a table. The food is excellent and there's nothing to complain about. We happened to be there off-season and managed to get a seat without any problems, but I think reservations are essential during peak season. I won't go into detail here; it's worth going and checking this place out for yourself.

There were four of us and we had a truly wonderful time. The place is welcoming, modern, and meticulously crafted. The service was excellent, with the staff being incredibly friendly. The Pinza was a real discovery: crispy on the outside, soft and well-risen on the inside, with top-quality toppings. We also tried the arancini: perfectly fried, evenly browned, impeccably crispy, and not at all greasy, just the right amount of moisture. The desserts were a revelation, a worthy end to an already excellent dinner. Highly recommended!
