We went in January 2026. The new management is incredibly dynamic, attentive to every detail, and very friendly. They have a good selection of classic pub beers. The food is typical of a classic pub, but carefully prepared with great attention to detail. There's excellent (very large) space for large groups. The burgers are excellent, and it's clear they're all handmade; even the bread is handmade. __________ We were there in January 2026. 02/12/2025: I went a few nights ago with friends, and I have to say it was a real pleasure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the real highlight was the food, simply delicious! The panzerotti and focaccia are a house specialty and never disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a rustic, family-friendly feel that makes you feel at home. The place is small, but this makes it even more intimate and charming, so reservations are recommended. The price is very reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the food. The place is located in the heart of Minervino Murge, in a very quiet area and easily accessible on foot.
26/09/2025: We go back every year, they definitely maintain the same quality for years, but I'm sure that the filling is less abundant than in the past, I would have preferred to pay a little more and have a proper filling.

12/10/2025: A perfect venue for 18th birthday parties, first communions, and baptisms. Good service, top-notch food, and a welcoming atmosphere suitable for everyone. Reasonably priced for the excellent service.
30/09/2025: Nothing to say, everything was beautiful and well-organized. The location was simple and elegant. The staff was always friendly and ready to solve any problems. I would choose Sapore dei Miracoli a hundred times over with my eyes closed. The food was excellent and pleasantly surprised all my guests. The staff handled every aspect impeccably. 💙
