Wells Fargo Saloon Trani In Trani

Saturday evening, evening with friends. There are 18 of us between adults and children. I'm in Puglia on holiday and my friends decide to take us to the Wells Fargo Saloon, it's thought to be a good compromise for those who love "Pizza" (me🙋‍♀️), some a hamburger and some a barbecue. We arrive and to park, it's not very easy, but ok: found it!!! We enter the restaurant, beautiful, rustic: old wild west type; Too bad it's too full of tables and chairs, so much so that it's difficult to pass between the tables, both for customers and waiters. Oh well, it doesn't matter... He sends us to the lounge. We pass along the kitchen and "unfortunately" I didn't like the fact that he put us next to the stairs of the passage, next to the kitchen. We were so cramped that every time someone had to go to the bathroom or outside for some fresh air, 3/4 of us had to get up 🤦🏻‍♀️ Disposable placemats, cutlery and napkins to be taken independently from a box placed in the centre, in short, a poor service...very poor. (It should be underlined that as many of us as we were we could have been moved further away, the room was not as full as the one upstairs.) We order: pizzas, sandwich with hamburger and chips, Florentine steak, central chips, water and drinks for the little ones, a salad which on the menu was only with meat or fish and my sister-in-law who wanted it without anything doesn't even know the cost (salad with meat or fish did not cost less than 6 euros). My cooked pizza arrives 😍 A real disappointment 🥺😔 arrived in a nano second, it was thinly dry and even the condiments were nothing (almost certainly the pre-cooked ones). The good sandwich! Good fries! The stratospheric Florentine 🤩 It was so good that I stalked my brother to get some! Meanwhile, dishes arrived that we hadn't requested but which the waiter insistently insinuated that we were the ones who had made a mistake, then luckily the table next to us said it was theirs. Would I go back? Yes, especially for meat! For the pizza, there were 14 of us who took it and left it there! It's a shame because I spent almost 50 euros for the 4 of us as a family and I didn't eat as I expected! I hope it is renewed on the pizza and organizes the spaces better! I gave 4 stars because the place deserves it, but in my opinion it needs to be revolutionized a bit!

I returned after more than twenty years and was satisfied with everything. Always nice and welcoming.

I was a guest at this place with some friends. Never had such a good burger. Friendly and helpful staff, professionally attentive. Five stars because I can't give more.

Pleasant discovery! It's a shame that the holiday is over otherwise I would have gladly returned every evening. The location is very particular, a mix of Texan-American-Mexican: beautiful! There are also tables outside. The menu is very vast, there is everything. Pizza, sandwiches, meat and fish. As well as lots of delicious things, you really have to try everything! The meat we got was delicious! As well as the sandwich: delicious burger and tasty, light sandwich. To conclude: lemon sorbet and dulce de leche, what can I say? Sublime! Fast service, friendly and professional staff. The value for money at the top! I highly recommend it.

Very particular and simple location, with few seats outside but inside it is decidedly larger, suitable for large groups. I took a mixed grill The chips were also very good, you can already see from the color that they pay the right attention in the kitchen. Fast service and very friendly staff. Definitely good prices. Highly recommended! 😉

Location molto particolare e semplice, con pochi posti a sedere fuori ma dentro è decisamente più grande, adatto a gruppi numerosi. Ho preso una grigliata mista X 1 (Big One consigliata anche per gruppi) e oltre la carne molto buona e gustosa, il palato era decisamente in festa nonostante un piatto semplice, ma con diversi abbinamenti di carne molto sfiziosi. Anche le patatine erano molto buone, si vede già dal colore che in cucina dedicano la giusta attenzione. Servizio celere e personale molto cordiale. Prezzi decisamente buoni. Consigliatissimo! 😉
