Our celebration at the Quellenhof went far beyond our expectations; it was truly a remarkable stay, and we are already certain it will not be our last visit. The heart of this resort is clearly its people, and several individuals made our time truly special. From online reservation (thanks Carolin and Silvia) to the final check out, the process has been seamless and made us feel truly heard and matters efficiently addressed! His attention to my dietary preferences and the professional, discreet organization of hubby's birthday cake were deeply appreciated. Gabriel & Nadine: Gabriel’s enthusiasm at reception was infectious, and Nadine’s warm morning greetings and perfect coffee made every breakfast a joy. Hanna: Her TRX training was excellent, and her infusion sessions were out of this world—the music and technique were so moving they actually brought me to tears. Christian & Nicole (?) : Thank you for the patient Padel lessons and a fantastic massage. Mr. Dorfer: We truly valued his personal greeting and the lengthy, engaging conversation we shared. A Final Reflection: While our stay was overall positive, we felt the evening hospitality occasionally lacked a cosmopolitan awareness that matches the resort’s global ambitions. For an international destination, a more evolved understanding of global identity would ensure all guests feel genuinely recognized. Additionally, the property’s complex layout and lack of intuitive signage made orientation difficult *color coded floor in the lift without legend!! ; a more logical master plan is needed. Aside from these dated social and structural hurdles, the experience was great, and we are already planning a return..
