08/03/2026: The appetizer buffet is excellent, but be careful not to overeat because they'll start circulating with pieces of meat cut on the spot and serve you until you drop. Perfectly cooked and delicious. It's best to book in advance.

22/02/2026: An evening with friends at Oficina do Sabor in Porta Romana: an extremely positive experience, I'd gladly return! We had the fixed rodizio menu (churrasco with a buffet of hot and cold appetizers and meats served at the table), and everything was handled brilliantly. First of all, kudos to the owner (and staff): he personally introduces himself to each table, sharing the history of the restaurant and Brazilian cuisine with true passion. It's a wonderful thing that's been lost in so many places; it makes you feel welcomed and part of an authentic experience. They also advised us on how to eat: which order to order the meats, how to pair the sides (rice, feijoada, farofa, fried cassava, etc.), and they rotated the meat sticks, dishing out perfect portions. The meat was good and tender (picanha was top-notch, but so were the other cuts). Even though I don't eat red meat often, I really enjoyed it: high quality, well-cooked, not excessive in quantity, but more than enough for a satisfying dinner. The place is pleasant: elegantly decorated in Brazilian style, with wide, comfortable tables (no narrow corners!), a clean and well-maintained environment, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and professional service from start to finish. A beautiful, high-quality dinner, authentic and without unnecessary frills. A full 5 stars if you're looking for a true Brazilian rodizio in Milan, this is the place!
