It was a great find! The food is exquisite. The staff is very kind, the environment is quiet and nice. I would go back and really recommend it.

We just stayed. Excellent food, served immediately with courtesy. The dishes were prepared very well, accurately. We made a great discovery, we have it close to home! The lobster gunkan is highly recommended, never found elsewhere!

If you are looking for an intimate place and you are a good foodie you cannot help but love Wasabi Sushi Concept. From appetizers to desserts you will be transported on a journey of flavors and experiences that are unique and capable of satisfying even the most refined palates. I came across this restaurant by chance with my boyfriend and we had a great time from the first moment.

18/10/2024: I have been coming here for several years, the food is something unique, fresh and high quality fish. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is intimate, with few seats, but during the summer you have the possibility of eating outside. It is located in the heart of Grottaferrata. Absolutely recommended.

20/01/2025: I ordered too much today, but I can’t miss the Italian food. The food did not disappoint me. The hot appetizer was mussels and mussels in soup with toasted bread. The portion was not small. I would have been full if I had eaten it all. However, I left out the bread for the paella that followed. The main dish is paella, which is rich in ingredients, salty and delicious, just the right amount of salty and rich in freshness. It’s just that the temperature in the restaurant is not good enough and it’s a bit cold. Overall 4.8/5
