A truly special place! We come here often and it's always a pleasure. The atmosphere is welcoming, refined, and peaceful, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening.
The cuisine is always excellent, with carefully prepared dishes packed with flavor. Every year we eagerly await the pumpkin gnocchi with creamed cheese and truffle soup—they're truly special, a masterpiece!
Chef Walter is brilliant; you can see the passion and care he puts into every dish. The staff is always kind and attentive.
A restaurant we always return to with pleasure!

A very good restaurant, good service, and my dogs were allowed on the terrace. I had duck breast, and the portion was truly ample.

This restaurant was simply wonderful! We enjoyed a delicious cheese selection, homemade pasta, and a perfectly cooked steak. The service was attentive, kind, and professional, and the whole place has a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
Every detail reflects quality and care. We highly recommend it to anyone, a true Tuscan culinary gem!

Se, come è successo al Vs DeGustibus, viaggiate da nord a sud oppure da Sud a Nord o siete diretti nella verde Umbria, potrà capitare a tutti di trovarsi in quel di Bettolle. Ebbene , non dannatevi, non affrettatevi verso le crete senesi e mettetevi comodi, con le gambe ben sotto il tavolo elegante che un giovane cameriere vi indicherà. Il Vs ha preso, dalla ricca carta, due piatti semplici e moolto toscani : una tartare e un piatto di cannelloni. E certamente non esistono incertezze in questo affascinante locale contornato da un bel giardino e abitato anche da una piscina per chi vuole fermarsi. Questo, così periferico, è però uno dei più solidi e affidabili locali della Toscana. Una certezza, immune da qualsiasi pecca.
