A friend and I could not get into another 5 star sushi place and stumbled upon Waby, not realizing it was a michelin rated restaurant. We arrived just as they were starting service. We loved everything! The service was excellent, the food was amazing, the wine paired perfectly with what we ate. Everything was so great I left a generous tip because I haven’t that kind of service in a long time. I’d definitely recommend Waby

Pros: uramaki amaebi flambé for a delicate and tasteful original sushi Cons: found the place a bit fancy shmancy Good but had a bit of a feeling of chic Japanese sushi for new money. Would also expect a bit more from the service. Small things like holding the door when you leave.
