Vivanderia - Note e Aromi In Imola

Good quality slightly refined cuisine. Average service and prices. But we were a little disappointed for a company dinner as what had been chosen as a fixed menu was not fully respected, in the sense that ingredients were missing in the pasta and all this without notifying us in advance. Even the cost, although it had been established initially, we spent €6 more each (we were about 25 people) with reasons from the staff that were not entirely reasonable (a few more bottles of wine cannot lead to that extra )

What I ate was all very good and refined. Attentive service. Prices around 40 euros per person with 2 courses each and a glass of wine.

In the end the evening was nice, but certainly not thanks to the waitresses who were really unsociable... I know it was Sunday evening, but in the workplace it is mandatory to make customers feel welcome and every now and then you can smile also do!!! Nothing to say about the food or the place, but the fact that, despite having booked and warned that there were also small children with us, as soon as they arrived, you didn't let us in and served us outside, makes us reflect a bit on the fact that the customers are so welcome!! Not to mention the fact that we had to set up the tables ourselves…. no one bothered or was interested in preparing our seats... in short, truly non-existent service!!
