Vitis In Bressanone

After very good experiences in previous years, this time the grilled colorful vegetables were a major disappointment. Only yellow zucchini and eggplant, as well as white bell peppers, were too bitter, with no balance, and without the advertised peach. It was also far too overpriced. The veal, on the other hand, was excellent.

A wonderful discovery in the city center, a lovely wine bar in a beautiful garden. Kindness and quality in every detail and dish, excellent chanterelle risotto.

Excellent cuisine, attentive service, and a lovely ambiance in Brixen's old town. We particularly like the outdoor seating. Great wine list.

A very elegant yet informal venue, a small garden in the center of Bressanone. An extra star for the young but highly trained staff. Let them advise you on your choice and you won't be disappointed!

We went there for dinner. A very nice ambiance with a correspondingly good wine selection. We were somewhat disappointed with the food and its value for money. For starters, we ordered a plate of mortadella and olives. Exactly four slices of mortadella and four olives for €19. In our opinion, that's far too expensive... The main courses, starting at €30, are very tasty, but the portions are too small for the price.

Esta fue una comida excepcional. Tenemos cinco cursos cada uno y ninguno de ellos decepcionado. Tanto la comida como la presentación fueron cinco estrellas. Las recomendaciones de vino eran muy buenas. El personal, y en particular Petra, era muy servicial y conocedor. Me gustó que los platos se explicaran de antemano y luego se explicaran de nuevo cuando se sirvieron. El ritmo de los cursos fue excelente. Muy recomendable.

Können die Vinothek nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Gerichte waren sowieso ein Traum! Kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😍
