Ambiente semplice ed elegante nella magica atmosfera di un sasso Materano. Servizio impeccabile sapientemente gestito da un Maitre/Sommelier a dir poco fantastico. Il menu' proposto dallo Chef riesce a farti viaggiare nel mondo del gusto facendoti vivere sensazioni piacevoli con una continua esaltazione del palato. Sara' un piacere ritornarci. Credo che consigliarlo a chiunque sia di passaggio a Matera sia il " minimo". Complimenti.

Super god oplevelse. Pæne rammer og venlig betjening samt - ikke mindst - velsmagende mad og vin. Konceptet er, at man vælger et antal retter ud fra ca 15-18 retter. God ide og det fungerer fint. Lidt småfejl hist og her, men overordnet set en god aften og en positiv overraskelse. Jeg kommer gerne tilbage.

Couple's dinner in a superlative location. We chose the 5 course menu with wines. All courses of superlative quality, two of the five experiential. I don't give 5 stars in the rating because from a starred restaurant I expect creativity that gives an experience to every course. In any case, highly recommended. Congratulations for the service.

We had wanted to try the cuisine of the starred Chef Vitantonio Lombardo for some time: starting from the Itria Valley we took advantage of a small detour. The environment is very suggestive, the restaurant is located inside a cave in the heart of the Sassi of Matera. Everything here is elegantly presented, from the choice of table linen to the mise en place; the tables, few in number, offer an extraordinary glance right from the entrance. We were welcomed by the dining room manager with affability and kind manners, naturally, without any affectation. The tasting itinerary chosen for us by the Chef was impeccable, without flaws: a cuisine that starts from the territory to be revisited in an excellent way without unnecessary mannerisms. A signature, creative and sophisticated cuisine. This was a superb experience for us, without a doubt, completed by the availability of the Chef. Thanks and......ad maiora!
