We celebrated my mother's birthday at lunch on Sunday...finding everything truly excellent. Very well presented dishes and truly excellent food! What can I say: We really tried almost the entire menu and every course was truly of great quality... very satisfied guests! The wine list is also valid. A well-kept and welcoming environment, small but comfortable, characterized by the typical stone barrel vaults of the old vaults and by the small lights similar to patron saint celebration lights placed properly throughout the room! Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely go back again... I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a quality lunch or dinner in peace. I conclude without adding anything other than I understand enough about catering!! Fair price for the proposed quality. ADVICE RATING 9 + ..well done!

In the historic center of Conversano, it offers local cuisine with a touch of modernity. The dishes are appealing, well made and tasty. The service is quick and friendly and the staff provide good advice on the choice of dishes. From the cheese platter, given the price, I would have expected something more (fresh dairy products, stracciata, ricotta...) and a slightly lower cost than the fish first courses

I recently had the pleasure of dining in a typical Apulian cuisine restaurant located in the heart of the historic center of Conversano, and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. The location is simply enchanting: between cobbled streets and ancient buildings, the restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The table service was impeccable, with the staff always available. Moving on to the food, each dish was a true celebration of Apulian flavours. The orecchiette with turnip tops were delicious, cooked to perfection and enriched with a balanced seasoning. The second courses, like the pork, were tender and succulent, presented with a care that reflected the love for traditional cuisine. I couldn't leave the restaurant without tasting the desserts. The brownie with ice cream and salted caramel closed our meal in a sublime way, leaving a sweet and persistent memory.

Ella podía conversar en inglés y estaba feliz de explicarnos el menú. Comimos allí dos veces durante nuestra estancia en Conversano.

Una bel locale nel centro storico di Conversano, classica struttura litica tutto stile pugliese! Abbiamo ordinato il loro antipasto di salumi e formaggi e in seguito due diversi primi! Ottima materia prima a mio parere, prezzi un po’ alti, ma in linea con il mood del locale! Consiglio per chi volesse vivere un’esperienza culinaria tutta Barese! Ci ritornerò

Walking into this Conversano gem felt like entering a movie scene, led by a host whose passion for food is downright contagious. Our feast began with local charcuterie and cheeses drizzled with sweet jam, followed by roasted lamb “torcinelli” (a Puglian nod to Greek kokoretsi). The hits kept coming with slow-cooked pork neck and caciocavallo-topped steak. Each dish paired seamlessly with carefully chosen wines—Champagne, Crémant, and a show-stopping Rainwater Madeira. It’s a must-visit that will leave you utterly enamored with food all over again.
