Took a business partner to a traditional Puglian restaurant in Conversano’s old town, and the ambience was just perfect. The owner, Mr. Leonardo, offered truly charming service.
The food was excellent. We both had risotto with cardoncelli mushrooms — a local delight — followed by picanha steak, seasoned and cooked to perfection by Chef Edoardo.
We very much hope to return soon to sample more of the delicious local dishes.

Excellent culinary experience. Sublime service, extraordinarily satisfying food. The restaurant scene has become a place of multifaceted, transversal experiences: the osso buco was a masterpiece, the steak a work of art.

Lunch or dinner at this restaurant is an experience. The food is excellent (every dish is carefully crafted and never improvised or distorted, as is often the case with overly original dishes). The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and the service is prompt but never rushed. I will definitely return.
