We have definitely found our restaurant where we can return to eat excellent meat, cooked to perfection.
Fine, quality cuts, accompanied with a trio of truly excellent sauces, which enhance the flavor of the selected cuts.
Intimate environment, small but elegant.
Excellent service, friendly and non-intrusive. The aperitif offered upon arrival was much appreciated.
I do not recommend the cured meat starter, good but nothing exceptional considering the cost and compared to what the menu offers.
Prices appropriate to the quality of the cuts.
The restaurant is located in the pedestrian area so it is not possible to arrive by car, I recommend arriving early to be able to find parking in the surrounding streets.

Modern place, the service is of a good standard, the quality of the meat is good, but I don't understand how a Fiorentina that has just been removed from the heat can arrive at the table just lukewarm??? the bone almost cold. Nothing exceptional that could justify the final bill.

But the meat menu has wide choices of excellent meat.
The service is excellent, the boy who welcomes you takes the lead and brings you the food, he is really prepared and polite, if I have to find a flaw it is precisely this, the boy, even if very well prepared, cannot be alone in managing an entire service even if he is very good I repeat, it cannot manage everything and the customers' waiting depends on it, it cannot satisfy requests for more tables without making them wait.

I really liked the place, soft environment, low lights, not excessively disturbing music, few seats, therefore quiet customers. Eaten divinely. The meat is truly delicious.
I recommend tasting Wagyu bresaola, named after the breed of cattle raised in Japan. Delicate taste, worth trying!
I was fully satisfied with everything I ate, the meat is simply extraordinary. Perfect cooking.
The service was up to par, I compliment the waiter who followed me during the meal, his advice was very useful and appreciated. The price is perfectly in line with the type of dish you decide to choose. I'll be back as soon as possible!

We came for dinner after passing by the restaurant several times and we were very satisfied.
Great food, great staff and welcoming place. Even though the place was full the service was fast. Obviously it is not a dinner that can be enjoyed every week due to the not too affordable prices.
The only flaw is the cold crème brûlée.
