I was here with friends. I'll start by saying that I'm familiar with restaurants that offer aged meats sold by weight, but I've never experienced a situation where the cut wasn't displayed before cooking.
Furthermore, the waiter offered us a 1.9 kg and a 1.1 kg cut (€95 per kg each) in a manner that was opaque, almost misleading: we weren't shown anything before cooking, nor was the actual weight shown.
The meat was good, but what was served to us didn't correspond at all to the total 3 kg declared. And this, given a bill of €504 for five people (one of whom only ordered a hamburger), wasn't appreciated at all.
When selling high-quality meats "by weight," it's essential to display the cut and actual weight before cooking.
Otherwise, the service and atmosphere were very nice... but unfortunately, the amount of meat served wasn't as declared.

I'd been wanting to stop by Viro for a while to try and review it, so I took advantage of an outing with a friend to do so. I opted to order several dishes rather than a single cut of meat, to see if it was worth returning to go heavy on the meat, and the answer is YES, definitely worth returning. Let's start with the service: the staff is super friendly, ready to explain the dishes and offer genuine and spontaneous recommendations. Upon entry, they offer a welcome drink, which is a huge plus. The menu is varied, both in terms of choice and price (there are dishes for every price range). I went for the tartare trio, Rubia empanadas, Uruguayan entrenà, and baked marrow as a side. The pictures speak for themselves; all the dishes are beautiful—both visually, in terms of presentation with explanations, and in taste. I'll be back very soon to go even heavier on a nice cut of meat. Tip: The online menu doesn't completely match the menu at the table, so a review of this would be ideal. Likewise, perhaps offering a tasting menu with 4-5 dishes would be a great idea!

We have visited the place on a Wednesday evening. As you walk in, there is a huge display with a wide range of cuts and meat.
We have tried the tenderloin, and New York steak. The other couple shared a large 1.2 kgs of Argentinian cobow steak. All was done to our taste and delicious.
I found the side dished small and charging extra for the sauce was awkward. The reataurant was too dark for me but I guess it is a question of atmosphere. All in all, good food, tasty meat and priced average to high.

A very elegant location and impeccable service. The meats are excellent, cooked with expert technique, and the staff are knowledgeable in highlighting the various differences. However, the prices are very high for the portions served.

Obviously, the food is meat-only, exceptional but very salty (considering the price, which in my opinion deducts one star).
Impeccable service, with a small aperitif and a tasting upon arrival, both very welcome.
The atmosphere is refined, but unfortunately a bit cramped, which creates a loud atmosphere when full.
