15/02/2026: Good morning, I wanted to tell you that last night (Valentine's Day 2026) was a beautiful evening, both in terms of atmosphere and music with a live guitarist, but... An hour and a half to receive a first course, a second course, and a side dish seems excessive and unacceptable!
The food was delicious, but between the appetizer, cheese, and jam, and the first course, second course, and side dish, far too much time passed. It was almost embarrassing for the staff; everyone at the table complained!
The staff was also very inattentive; they didn't clear the wine glasses for those of us who don't drink wine.
They cleared the dirty dishes from the table after 20-30 minutes...
Honestly, it wasn't the evening I imagined.
Furthermore, they didn't leave the book I had requested and already paid for on the table; in fact, I had to ask for it at the cashier!
Let's just say you have a lot of room for improvement, especially given the restaurant's prices, these inattentiveness and delays are unacceptable.
At the cashier's desk, they apologized for the delay, but there was no financial return.
Frankly, I was somewhat disappointed with the evening.
I also wrote to you to encourage you to improve.
10/02/2026: From the name, I expected a restaurant with lots of flowers, but that's not quite the case.
On the other hand, the food and service were excellent.
