Conosco Giancarlo fin da quando il buon vecchio Ferruccio (il padre) gestiva la famosa "Baita" punto di riferimento per i carpigiani bene dei decenni scorsi. Il vecchio purtroppo ci ha lasciati ma il figliolo sta facendo di tutto per tenere alta la tradizione e, devo dire, se la cava piuttosto bene. Quando sono in zona e ho voglia di una bella seratina a pesce vado da lui e finora non mi ha mai tradito

Ristorante dell'Hotel Villa Clore

08/03/2025: I didn't stay at the hotel, but I ate an excellent tagliata aglio rosarino with baked potatoes, the staff was kind and friendly, and I also used the small spa.
15/02/2025: A nice little hotel with an indoor pool and spa. We enjoyed the excellent Valentine's dinner. Super friendly staff. The room was quite small, very warm. Super comfortable mattress. Disposable slippers and beauty set included. Small suggestion, change the window curtains, and put two spare pillows not one.
