Vinotheque In Saint-vincent

One of the best 4 star hotels I have been to. Friendly and highly trained staff. Abundant breakfast with lots of choice and quality products Amazing pool with accommodating staff. The swimming pool area is subject to a fee but there is an area with deckchairs with free access.

There are no problems with the rooms, facilities, or human service. The appearance is very good, as there is a pool and an underground passage connects to the casino next door. However, it can be said that there are flaws in modern essential services such as poor mobile signal reception and Wi-Fi that hardly reaches the guest rooms. On the other hand, the wifi worked fine in the lobby.

Excellent hotel with excellent rooms, advanced technology, enviable location, with swimming pool and connected to the Saint-Vincent Casino. There are many car parks but on busy days or when events are held at the Congress Centre, there are barely enough parking spaces. Presence of Conference Center.

The hotel is a large complex consisting of a classic grand hotel style building and a modern extension as well as the neighboring casino. We were accommodated in the new extension, but this is connected to the historical part. The room was a sufficient size and was very modern and clean. The bathroom in particular left nothing to be desired and was cleverly designed with a discreet incidence of daylight without having to show off. The reception was very friendly and competent with quick check-in processing. There is a beautiful pool / garden + wellness / spa, but not all bathrooms are included in the room price, so study your booking carefully, otherwise there may be extra costs. There are a lot of parking spaces. Restaurants in the town of Saint Vincent are within walking distance and the view on this walk into the Aosta Valley is great. The breakfast buffet was very nice, but practically all of the guests had the same thing as us: It was almost impossible to order coffee or tea from the staff in the restaurant. You were gallantly ignored. We hope for the sake of the house that this was just a random, one-off bad day for the service team... We decided against the challenge of getting a second coffee, but the man at the next gas station was happy to receive a coffee order and he did a friendly smile left. CONCLUSION: A good address for transit with a lot of luxury and comfort. Price/performance ok.

Had a 4-night stay here in June 2024. The hotel itself & rooms were good, but staff/service not up to 5star level.. in the front desk, commumicating in English seemed a bit problematic from time to time. We had to leave early on our last day & had only 15min time for a quick breakfast - unfortunately the lady at the restaurant "kicked" everyone out & opened the doors 5min after 7..which normally wouldn't be a problem, but we were short on time that morning. Also even they opened, some things were missing (coffee etc.), which is quite crucial in the morning.. for some reason the breakfast staff seemed almost angry/upset/unwelcoming (apart from one lovely lady, who asked us about coffee etc., which should be the standard level of sercive in a prestigious establishment like this one).

A sublime hotel, very well located with a beautiful view in a very nice little village not far from Aosta. Very large casino attached directly to the hotel which is very practical. The hotel spa is magnificent. The only negative points I could find at this hotel are that the welcome is sometimes cold, the mini bar is overpriced and the spa is also excessively expensive. Given the price of rooms depending on the season, it would seem logical to me that access to the spa is included in this price. Otherwise nothing to complain about, clean and luxurious establishment and magnificent breakfast.
