Vinoir In Milano

No one who truly understands Italian would give it a 5. It's light and warm, but not light. The butter is homemade, whipped cream, and the anchovies are simple but excellent. Above all, I'd like to praise the wine by the glass. It completely shatters any preconceptions about wine. Sometimes floral, sometimes amber, and sometimes crème de cacao. Even though I live in France, this is the best foreign food I've ever had.

On a Tuesday evening, without reservation. But soon after is was full. Friendly service, who advised on the wine and the menu. Great wines, we went for different glasses each time. We had red / rosato bubbles, white Fiano and red piemonte. All very nice. But the biggest surprise were the tuna dishes (one with pomodoro water and one with chimichuri). Fantastic. With great Fries. And the cheese platter was also great. Absolut perfect evening.

A place created by enthusiasts and welcoming to all. The wines and advice are exquisite. The cuisine is surprising, creative and careful. The tartare was succulent. The prices are very affordable compared to the quality. Above all, for several years we have never been disappointed, the always different experience is always pleasant every time we are in Milan.
