Everything was truly divine. Attentive and friendly staff, delicious cocktails, exquisite dishes, and wines of all kinds, mostly Sicilian. An experience to definitely repeat. Well done, keep it up.

Great non-touristy location. We ordered the fried cheese because we weren't very hungry but wanted something interesting. It was a large portion of fried cheese with a very tempting crust and delicious sauce. The Aperol was top notch!

12/04/2026: For me the best all you can eat in Palermo!
11/04/2026: We were served by Gerico, a very nice guy who speaks fluent Italian, English, and, I assume, Spanish. We arrived around 2:40 PM and were able to order à la carte (but there's also an all-you-can-eat option). We chose Chinese dishes, not sushi. Everything was delicious. We also ordered four portions of rice to go, and Gerico prepared everything for us, adding a little oil and cutlery. It's a pleasure to see smiling people serving. I absolutely recommend it, especially for the kindness and service.

08/02/2026: Fabbro Bar and Restaurant is truly beautiful. The restaurant and service are elegant, but you can also stop for a coffee or breakfast. We ate lunch inside, although there's also outdoor seating. My pasta with tuna and zucchini was truly delicious and delicate. I also had the amazing zucchini flowers and fried calamari. Everything was delicious.
