Vino al Vino In Milano

For me, who occasionally goes to Milan, a safe bet: a high-level menu...well-made Italian cuisine, a 5-star cellar.

We visited on Monday on our last night in Italy for a final bottle of wine. We were lucky to be seated as we had no reservation (I'd recommend to book ahead!) and we were delighted to find out that there was no wine menu, and instead the very friendly and brilliantly talented staff would instead ask what you like and find the wine for you. You can pay by glass or bottle, and prices are upfront so you can relax! It was a really special experience for us, and we can't thank the staff more (especially as we sadly speak very little Italian). I'd go back in a heartbeat (but book ahead this time!)

A welcoming and intimate atmosphere, with a truly interesting selection of natural wines. The creamed cod is delicious and pairs perfectly with a good white wine. Knowledgeable staff and invaluable advice on pairings. Highly recommended! Well done 👏🏼

Outdoor seating, wide selection of wines, possibility of eating some cold dishes.
