We ate outside, we were served by a really nice waitress, Gaia I think.
We ate well in the beautiful little square of Spello and then we took a walk in the really really cute little village.

Located in the welcoming Piazza della Repubblica in the center of Spello, it is a place where you can taste typical Umbrian dishes in total tranquility even outdoors. I really enjoyed the strangozzi with truffles, the kindness of the owners, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.🔝

The restaurant is not very big but has a nice terrace on one of the two main squares. The menu is quite varied and typical. We had a mixed platter of cold cuts and cheese, pici alla carbonara and truffle and pici with cacio e pepe. Good quality dishes, the waitress was very kind and helpful. The bill was in line with other restaurants in the area.

Provato a pranzo per un mordi e fuggi quindi abbiamo provato il tagliere con affettato di prosciutto crudo, bruschette al pomodoro, una caprese, una insalatone al tonno, patate al tartufo e normali e di tutto quanto preso posso dire essere tutto buono specie il prosciutto. Porzioni di ogni piatto più che abbondanti e prezzi nella norma. Servizio pratico e veloce ma anche attento alle richieste. Lo consiglio.

In pieno centro a spello, abbiamo optato per la varietà del menù. Servizio rapidissimo, cibo gustoso e tipico. Ottimo a pranzo quando si vuole mangiare in poco tempo. Consigliato
