Wine bar with cuisine with a suggestive atmosphere as it is positioned inside (table service) inside the Pilato castle. Young and courteous guys, excellent wine and desserts. The only thing that didn't drive me crazy was the starter, a hot goat cheese with cherry tomatoes, onion, hazelnuts and quinoa. Advised!

We have just returned after having dinner in this very characteristic and trendy restaurant, created from a renovation of Pilate's castle. We were 2 adults and 2 children with our dog in tow. We immediately felt at ease, the environment is nice and the staff attentive and kind. Quality food and wines and praise for their superlative dessert, the strawberry blanc manger. Compliments.

08/03/2025: Visitato d’estate e d’inverno…posto incantevole! Ai piedi delle montagne dove esisteva un piccolo impianto sciistico…ora luogo di bellissime passeggiate e pranzi deliziosi. Servizio attento e cordiale a conduzione familiare. All’interno si respira la tradizione e l amore per la montagna…all’esterno natura e pace! Consigliato!
02/03/2025: locale molto caratteristico e con una bella atmosfera. il servizio è stato ottimo proprietario molto accogliente e simpatico se devo fare una piccola critica solo per i tempi però niente di tragico. cibo di qualità è molto buono, prezzi giusti. in piu la mia ragazza si è sentita male hanno subito prestato soccorso. potessi mettere 6 stelle lo farei

02/02/2025: After a period of work in the Gressoney area, I reluctantly have to leave my favorite place of relaxation. The Pinter!!! The lady inside immediately welcomed me warmly, as I noticed that she does wonderfully with everyone, even simple passing customers, so as to create a nice environment inside the place. The valley is very beautiful, and it is a place worth visiting even if you don't go for work like me, and the environment is relaxing. But the atmosphere that Renata has managed to create inside her restaurant is truly special. Furthermore, as far as the products are concerned, I was happy with both the breakfasts, the lunches and the dinners... oh and some extra snacks on Sundays. I thus met many people in a beautiful environment. Nice 😊! Now we're back in the city 😔 .
02/02/2025: Capitati per caso con voglia di cioccolata calda, entriamo e scegliamo tra vari gusti sulla lista. Troppo liquida per i miei gusti (la classica), quasi ok la fondente. Belle le torte in esposizione.
