Absolutely incredible experience. We did the 6 piece tasting menu and it was completely worth it. If you’re looking for a 5 star experience in Taormina - this is the spot. The chef does a fantastic job with the tasting menu - our first one we experienced. The service was also impeccable. The wine book is a bit exhausting but Paolo did a fantastic job recommending the perfect wines to pair with our food.

Hands down the best meal I have ever had (special mention to the octopus). The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I wish i could have dined here a second night in Taormina.

The dishes are spectacular, and the menu could probably offer a little more excitement (octopus on potatoes and pasta with sardines aren't necessarily what you'd expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant unless they have a little extra kick). The service is attentive. Compared to other Michelin-starred restaurants in Taormina, the lack of a panoramic terrace and the fact that you eat on the street are a disadvantage. This undoubtedly detracts from the experience, but it's certainly made up for in the price, which is significantly lower than at restaurants in the same category.

Visitamos Taormina para un descanso de una semana y esto fue lo más destacado de alguna buena comida. La comida era increíble, pero el plato de cordero buttoni era el mejor plato de pasta que he probado. El servicio era maravilloso, nos cuidaron brillantemente y los maridajes de vinos eran excelentes y todo siciliano. Esto bien vale su estrella Michelin.

Reservamos para adentro, que es íntimo aunque en nuestra visita algo invadido por un ruidoso, titulado, fiesta americana desvestida, en algún tipo de gran tour, que querían asegurarse de que todos estaban al tanto. Gracias! Un sumiller muy entusiasta, cuyas recomendaciones locales eran buenas, aunque su deseo de recargar nuestras copas significaba que teníamos sedimentos tanto en mi esposa como en mi último vaso, que tuvo que ser retirado. Las elecciones de vino de postre fueron de nuevo buenas. Diversión - bouche era una abundancia de innovación y sabores y excelente. La degustación de 8 platos comenzó con queso de cabra suave, seguido de atún crudo y luego un plato de sepia extraño que es demasiado suave y resbaladizo y luego tentáculos a la parrilla demasiado masticables, lo que hizo un plato extraño de hecho. Los platos de pasta eran excelentes.
