Well deserved Michelin star for this talented female chef! We had the degustation which included incredible amuse bouche plus a pre dessert and a post dessert. We did the matching wines which were excellently curated by the lovely sommelier. They were flexible around my preferences too and allowed me to swap some dishes. Cannot recommend this enough. Sure it’s not cheap but by world standards its value for the quality and service.

Fantastic experience! We took the 6 pieces tasting menu with wine paring and it was so tasty. The chef adjusted the menu for my gluten intolerance. Everything was perfect. All the waiters are so kind and describe everything. We really had a great time !

Be sure to make a reservation. Our wine sommelier is extremely knowledgeable and has selected a few special wines for the tasting menu. The kitchen delivered perfectly. We'd be happy to return.

Tuvimos una velada increíble en Vineria Modì: una de las mejores comidas que hemos tenido, sin lugar a dudas. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la experiencia se sintió personal y acogedora. Daniele nos saludó por nuestro nombre y marcó el tono con su presencia tranquila y segura. Explicó cada plato con el detalle justo para hacerlo interesante, sin exagerar nunca. La comida fue excepcional: creativa, bellamente presentada y llena de sabor. El plato de cordero en particular fue inolvidable, perfectamente cocinado y lleno de profundidad. Cada plato parecía cuidadosamente pensado, tanto en sabor como en diseño. También optamos por el maridaje de vinos y me alegro mucho de haberlo hecho. Paolo, el sumiller, se tomó el tiempo de preguntarnos qué nos gustaba antes de elegir nuestros vinos. Cada pareja parecía hecha a medida y bien pensada, y su conocimiento era genuinamente impresionante sin llegar a ser abrumador. Para colmo, tuvimos la oportunidad de charlar con la jefa de cocina, Dalila, después de nuestra comida. Ella fue muy amable y claramente apasionada por su oficio; fue una manera encantadora de terminar la velada. Si estás visitando Taormina y quieres una comida especial y memorable, este es el lugar. Todo en él parecía genuino y perfectamente ejecutado.
