I ate lunch here one day it it was good! I ate from the vegetarian options and couldn’t even finish my food they gave me so much! I had this vegetarian casserole topped with a type of breading. The setting is wonderful and if you’re lucky, you’ll be serenaded by the music hall across the way while you eat.

Excellent restaurant a few steps from the cathedral, typical local dishes, but also specialties from Puglia. I would say everything is very good and tasty. I recommend the agnolotti with cream of asparagus and mint, the pitta salentina, the guanciale and the rabbit. Average prices, fair and not high. Better to book on weekends.

For me the best restaurant in Fossano. Delicious dishes, excellent raw materials and impeccable service. Marco and Silvia make you feel at home. Highly recommended.

Centro storico di Fossano, locale accogliente. Calice di dolcetto, tris Piemonte (battuta di fassona, vitel tonné stratosferico, flan con fonduta delicatissimo), lasagnette di Ormea con raschera e patate, canonico bunet. Tutto buono con punte di eccellenza, cordialità, tempi giusti. Bravi!

Locale piccolo, carino e gestito da un titolare cortese e affabile. Cucina ferrarese (ma anche con l'immancabile ottima fassona al coltello), tajarin al ragù impeccabili, una salama da sugo che non mangiavo da molto tempo (sempre "challenging" :-) ma gustisissima). Il tutto al giusto prezzo. Davvero da provare.
