Centro storico di Fossano, locale accogliente. Calice di dolcetto, tris Piemonte (battuta di fassona, vitel tonné stratosferico, flan con fonduta delicatissimo), lasagnette di Ormea con raschera e patate, canonico bunet. Tutto buono con punte di eccellenza, cordialità, tempi giusti. Bravi!

I stopped for lunch after a visit to the castle of Fossano...fixed menu 🍽consisting of fresh pasta🍝 (tagliatelle) topped with pumpkin and sausage, roast 🍖with a side dish of potatoes🥔, onions🧅 and carrots🥕, dessert (off the menu) a chestnut delicacy🌰🍧🍨 with cream...like Mont Blanch...WIDE choice of 🍷🍷🍷 wonderful experience...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Recommended by a shopkeeper from Fossano we had lunch in this restaurant. Excellent veal with tuna sauce and fassona steak. Homemade tagliolini with veal ragù and a delicious warm hazelnut cake with zabaglione. Friendly and professional owner. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place. Very pleasant and never annoying background music. Marco, welcomes us into the room. Kind, attentive and very courteous. Food between revisited Piedmontese tradition and Ligurian cuisine. Five of us tried different dishes, all very good and served in a sober and elegant way. A tribute to dessert (my obsession). Truly SPECTACULAR tiramisu. Obviously excellent wines. (Alta Langa much appreciated). Highly recommended!

Locale molto carino. Musica di sottofondo molto gradevole e mai fastidiosa. Marco, ci accoglie in sala. Gentile, attento e molto cortese. Cibo tra tradizione piemontese rivisitata e cucina ligure. In cinque abbiamo provato piatti diversi tutti molto buoni e serviti in modo sobrio ed elegante. Un elogio al dolce (mio chiodo fisso). Tiramisù davvero SPETTACOLARE. Ovviamente ottimi vini. (Alta Langa molto apprezzato). Consigliatissimo!
