One of the best vinoteche for sure! I visit it every time I’m in Parma. The owner is highly knowledgeable and selects the best products for his clients, from wines to tastings of cheeses and salami. Both the owner and the staff are lovely people. Always a joy to be there.

Special mention for the steak tartare, with a freshness and flavor on par with any of those tried in large restaurants and masterfully prepared by the friendly lady who is in charge of the small kitchen and who, from what we thought based on her attention and interventions, he also has vast knowledge of the world of oenology. It is without a doubt a 100% recommendable place and a must-visit in Parma both for the quality of the product and for the atmosphere and service, as witnessed by the fact that it is a regular stop for VIPS who love the authentic without artificial postures and gourmets of the city. .
