This is the place of impeccable taste. Outstanding wine selection from very high quality easy drinkers to secret gems for wine geeks served in Michelin star restaurants. The hand-selected cold cuts and cheese are of the highest quality. Friendly and very informative service, cosy atmosphere.
Warning: you will most probably end up buying a case of wine - they are that good. Prepare for the logistics.

One of the best vinoteche for sure! I visit it every time I’m in Parma.
The owner is highly knowledgeable and selects the best products for his clients, from wines to tastings of cheeses and salami. Both the owner and the staff are lovely people. Always a joy to be there.

Certainly high quality of wine and cheese.
But €65 for two glasses each and a platter with five micro-samples of cheese each is definitely too much.

Excellent wine and staff prepared in the wine display, but definitely overpriced: 4 glasses of wine, a small quantity cheese platter, bread, 65 euros.

In the capital of a province known worldwide for its gastronomy and passion for wines, standing out as a place specializing in wines and top quality products among so many good offerings is already quite a merit. But here we are talking about much more: a winery - tapas bar that would undoubtedly also be a reference in much larger cities. It is not easy to find something like it even in the major European capitals. Located in a charming corner of one of the main streets of Parma, via Farini, its letter of introduction is clearly evident when you take a look through its windows: hundreds, or rather thousands, of bottles from the most different origins. . All of them conscientiously selected and perfectly describable by their owner, who advises with contagious passion and deep knowledge based on the tastes expressed by the client. A more than good opportunity to try labels from famous origins and others that may not be so well known but equally delicious. Because in addition to its large catalogue, here you can order wines by the glass, which allows access to high-level wines that would require a considerable investment per bottle.
Not only this. Although at first glance it may go unnoticed as there are no major external attractions, the truth is that this winery is also a notable place where you can taste exceptional food. There is no shortage of high-quality cheeses and sausages from the area, of course, but also international options such as a 100% Iberian ham that would stand out in Extremadura itself, Cantabrian anchovies and French cheeses. Special mention for the steak tartare, with a freshness and flavor on par with any of those tried in large restaurants and masterfully prepared by the friendly lady who is in charge of the small kitchen and who, from what we thought based on her attention and interventions, he also has vast knowledge of the world of oenology.
It is without a doubt a 100% recommendable place and a must-visit in Parma both for the quality of the product and for the atmosphere and service, as witnessed by the fact that it is a regular stop for VIPS who love the authentic without artificial postures and gourmets of the city. .

Lugar pequeño y acogedor, una vinería en el centro de la ciudad, lleno de vinos del mundo que no encuentras con facilidad. Servicio amable y cortés, hablan español, te pueden aconsejar si no tienes las ideas claras. Para repetir.

Come in. Find yourself a quiet place. And listen to the winemaker, whose profession is sacred. “The rest is silence.”
