Vineria dei Re In Gubbio

Attended a wine tasting with small plates to eat. Sat outside on the piazza. Our host (Marco?) Was charming and informative. Really lovely evening in a beautiful setting.

Quiet little place in the village of Gubbio, the owner and the girls are VERY FRIENDLY, kind and very professional, the wine is excellent as well as their products! Great quality, everything really delicious!!!!

Platter for 2 quite rich. Excellent service, very kind. We received an extra slice of pizza stuffed with vegetables because the owner or waiter had heard that I did not eat sausage and had it prepared only with vegetables.

Cordialità, qualità del cibo - tutto fatto in casa con ingredienti locali, gustoso, tradizionale ma con proposte anche per intolleranti e non carnivori - grande scelta e competenza sui vini, e pure indicazioni interessanti per i turisti! Consigliamo sicuramente i taglieri con del vino locale. Il muffato poi ci ha conquistato 😋

Great place for a quality lunch or dinner accompanied by the right wine! The ideal place for those who want to savor unique and well-combined local products: platters including vegetarian ones, fondue with truffles, crescia, cantucci... an explosion of flavors to drink and eat! Very kind staff.

we sat down for a simple aperitif and in the end we opted for a pala (mega cutting board) of typical products, cured meats, cheeses, bread with lard and oil, a very fine piadina and a portion of crescia with sausage. generous portions and delicious products! as an ignorant tourist (in the literal sense... I don't know what I got) I would have liked a more detailed explanation but no serious problems, the quality was very high. the innkeeper brought a fabulous bottle of Sagrantino. we opted for that type of wine because it was typical and had been suggested to us by other people... the innkeeper confirmed and gave us further information. very good. we thought we would spend more. serious, professional, honest winery. definitely a moment of the mini holiday to remember... well done!
