A really nice atmosphere capturing Florence on a plate. Very good service. The staff were very friendly. We were served by a very friendly server Bassem. He were served punctually and with a smile. We will definitely be coming back.

Possibly the best pizza I have ever had in my life! The sauce was mind blowing. Fresh truffle, everything was so fresh. Ask for Bassem, legend.

Typically, you'll find friendly, customer-focused staff in restaurants...Bassem was much, much better! I don't think I've ever experienced a level of hospitality comparable to what my group of friends and I experienced here! We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful atmosphere; cozy and relaxing (even for the view, with soft, well-adjusted lighting), music at just the right volume, enough for everyone to have their own private space. The only downside I found (personally) is that the pizza isn't exactly Neapolitan, but by local standards, I imagine that's the norm. Highly recommended, even just for a nice aperitivo!

There was a bit of confusion with the menus, as we were given the ones from the previous day (without pizza and with prices significantly higher because it was for New Year's Eve dinner), the place is quite small but overall it is nice and the food is good
