Finita una bella escursione negli splendidi vigneti intorno a La Morra, decidiamo di fermarci a mangiare in questo bar a pochissimi passi dal parcheggio del borgo. Nonostante l’ora tarda (le 1530), il personale gentilmente ci consente comunque di mangiare qualcosa. Così ordiniamo un bel tagliere di salumi e formaggi e un flan di verdure con fonduta di parmigiano, il tutto accompagnato da un buon bicchiere di nebbiolo. Pur non avendo potuto provare gran parte di quanto presente sul menù (per via dell’ora tarda), posso affermare che l’esperienza è stata sicuramente positiva. Grazie !

Recommended by a boy I met by chance on the street. The tagliolini and veal with tuna sauce are excellent. Good and friendly serving girls. Simple and familiar environment. I recommend it for a passing lunch

22/10/2024: Amazing experience all around. The restored castle is beautiful, and the bedrooms are amazing. You really feel like royalty staying here. The food, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious. Denise made some of the best meals during our three weeks touring Italy. Lastly, Denise and staff were very hospitable. They left no stone unturned when it came to providing the best experience for their customers. We can not wait to visit again.
13/10/2024: My stay at Hotel Castello di Sinio was absolutely unforgettable! The staff were incredible, treating every guest like family from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience one of the most enjoyable stays of my life. I can’t recommend this place enough – it truly feels like a home away from home!

26/02/2025: From the structure you dominate all the Langhe, a top-level restaurant, a breathtaking location and guaranteed relaxation.
04/01/2025: “Locanda del Pilone” is every bit a gem in Alba, and their Michelin-starred gastronomic showstopper was delightfully paired with an almost “illegal” (region-wise) Frescobaldi Castelgiocondo Brunello 2001. It was such a treat that we can’t wait to plan our next culinary escape right back there.
