Un buon ristorante romano, dove i buoni piatti locali si intersecano con la simpatia dei proprietari, consiglio cucina romana, ma buono anche il pesce, da provare.

Returning to this restaurant after more than 10 years was a pleasant rediscovery. The staff has obviously changed but from the dishes, from the stories told by the owner Claudio Cecconi, and from the walls adorned with photographs exudes the history and tradition of the Roman Trattoria worthy of the name. After years spent between England and Ireland, returning to this place is like coming home. We ate a plate of professionally made carbonara and a second course of textbook grilled meat. The staff and owner were kind and attentive in making us feel comfortable. There are fewer and fewer Roman trattorias worthy of the name, and I'm happy that Villa Verde is among them.

Perfect place for a special or non-special occasion. Magnificent roast meats, delicious pizza, top-notch desserts made by Francigno the brigand. Simply perfect. We will be back. We recommend it to everyone.

Ristorante vecchio stampo ma super accogliente! Pizza cotta nel forno a legna buonissima fina e scrocchiarella. Antipasti supplì e bruschette ottime. Esiste da più di 50 anni un motivo ci sarà. Se volete una buona pizza andate lì

27/05/2025: For a family seafood dinner we chose this restaurant, which turned out to be an extremely satisfying choice. The appetizers immediately won us over: very fresh raw seafood, served with care and accompanied by detailed explanations that we greatly appreciated. The tuna cacciatore is also a must-try: a real delight! For the first course I opted for the proposal of the day (pictured) and was pleasantly surprised: an original dish, well plated and really tasty. The dessert concluded the dinner perfectly: a balanced portion, satisfying without being heavy. Quick service, friendly and very attentive staff. The quiet atmosphere helps make the experience even more pleasant. Careful presentation of the dishes and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
