One of the best in Palermo, loved the 4 cheese pizza.

For the series, it wouldn't take much to... but let's take it in order. A lovely family-run restaurant, parents with children. The restaurant is a bit dated, with low seating and dull, dark colors that don't let in any light, an L-shaped dining room, but... then you're surprised by the food... the pizza is excellent, top-notch dough, hard to find this good in Palermo. We ordered some first courses, and I should point out that the chef knows how to cook fish, the linguine degli eremiti is truly delicious. Battered vegetables, well-fried in clean oil. The wine list is reasonably priced. Overall, we ate very well and at a fair price, but... why serve guests at the tables wearing Champion tracksuits? Overall, recommended.

Everything was super fresh. The atmosphere was very Sicilian, and it was just steps from the center. We had a first course and a pizza. The pizza was super good.

The main credit undoubtedly goes to our waiter Giuseppe: professional, attentive, and generous. He expertly guided us through our selection of dishes, offering the best recommendations and perfectly managing the service between courses. His courtesy and helpfulness made the dinner even more enjoyable.
The restaurant also features a very quiet and family-friendly private terrace, allowing you to relax in a peaceful atmosphere while still being just steps from the city's most popular tourist attractions, such as the magnificent Palazzo dei Normanni.
A rare combination of quality, hospitality, and location: highly recommended!
