We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, with the mid-August holiday in between. It was a wonderful holiday; the hotel offers a wonderful pool with a hot tub and a lovely park with a restaurant. We dined on two evenings with traditional dishes, including menu variations for my daughter. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout; only the location, with its rugged road, made us choose not to go there in the evening. The dated Art Nouveau-style rooms were very large and spacious, and despite the lack of air conditioning, we slept very well; there is a large fan in the rooms. We'll gladly return.

Salvatore and Angelica welcome you to a beautiful setting, surrounded by greenery and the stunning backdrop of the Umbrian countryside. The rooms are well-equipped, super clean, and their kindness is second to none. Recommended.

Fantastic place, enchanting garden, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos: an 18th century villa with a former lemon house and stables transformed into a hotel with services and a restaurant. It offers a great availability in terms of entertainment: tennis courts, football, volleyball, basketball and ping pong. The undisputed queen is the swimming pool with 4 levels of depth: 245 cm, 145 cm, 115 cm and a 70 cm hydromassage. The restaurant offers a typical menu that they adapted to our dietary needs (vegetarian, without cheese). Angelica, Salvatore and the guys are very kind and really helpful. The room they assigned to us had a renovated bathroom, the rest of the furniture was in a retro style. Ideal location for events and receptions.

We were passing through on our motorcycle and, based on a recommendation, booked this unique, beautiful, top-class country estate for one night. The location is sensational; a property with a great deal of charm, a fantastic pool, and very welcoming owners! There was a huge wedding that evening, and the owner prepared a very special appetizer for us beforehand! Thank you so much for this wonderful short stay! Million Grazie e purtroppo a prossima Volta! I didn't sleep or eat...I just dropped by and had a coffee...excellent, fast and courteous service... A very beautiful place surrounded by greenery and quiet
