I liked the food a lot, especially the fried bread and the chips🤤. The service was very kind and friendly. And the view was stratospheric. At the end we took a horse ride and it was a wonderful feeling. Keep it up!

I share my experience in this restaurant, being invited for a birthday and not knowing where they were taking me, I thought of a completely different location. Very suggestive external place, well-kept and very particular with stone and wooden benches, also the very particular interior. Staff of one person, but perhaps because it was obviously on a Tuesday evening... But it doesn't matter, the menu in my opinion is very limited in the sense of little choice of both pasta and everything else. The food is good but not too convincing, the macaroni seems good at first glance, but then leaves a little to be desired, sausage ditto with many pieces of hard meat and with some meat... On the contrary, the mutton, excellent tender, and very tasty.
P.S Non-existent background music, even if requested, and Wi-Fi ditto.

I presume that the name given to this restaurant derives from the famous English thoroughbred "Ribot" who dominated racecourses around the world at the end of the 1950s. It is no coincidence, I imagine, that the same establishment manages around twenty very well-kept horses in the adjacent riding school which offers restaurant customers, but not only, the opportunity of a ride along an established and very beautiful route (15.00 euros for half an hour, 25.00 euros an hour).
But let's get to the restaurant which was a very pleasant surprise.
The entrance to the restaurant is located at the end of a private slope that leads to a large, well-kept car park surrounded by apple trees and other fruit trees.
All the outdoor spaces are grassed, well cared for and equipped with tables and chairs for relaxing after lunch while enjoying a coffee or a bitter.
The entrance to the room is very nice, almost fairytale-like, and the room, with a wooden ceiling and large windows overlooking the external lawns, is truly very well looked after, warm and welcoming. A beautiful stylized portal divides the main room from a smaller one with tables and the cash register and the entrance to the toilets which I found clean and functional.
The appetizers are good, based on products characterizing the territory and the Sicilian tradition. The first courses are also excellent, very well seasoned. The second courses and non-frozen French fries are good.
The service was also excellent: the staff was attentive and kind.
The outside invites you not to leave and we took the opportunity to unwrap some photos, enjoy another coffee outside, have a chat and enjoy some fresh air.
Overall it was a great experience definitely worth repeating. Good value for money.

An oasis of tranquility. Exquisite food. We ordered the house starter which we split in two and then moved on to the macaroni with black pig sauce and boscaiola, which were served to us cooked to perfection and seasoned with abundant sauce. Exquisite!!! A nice, very fragrant mandarin sorbet and a coffee to finish!! We felt pampered by the staff who were very kind. We will definitely return
