We chose to spend a day dedicated to CASERECCIO which we hadn't tasted so good for a long time... from the place to the staff, from the warmth to the taste of the sauce, to the quality of the maccheroncini and tagliatelle, the super fresh roast and the freshly baked chips. 'instant including location with attention to every detail, neat and super ironed table linens.. fantastic food.. very low price for the quality 😍 congratulations.. highly recommended and to be done again.. soon🫶🏻❣️👌🏼

Excellent typical Nebrodi restaurant just outside Floresta with a fixed menu, excellent starters and first courses, not exceptional mixed grilled meat. I gave 4 stars because at the end we were waiting for the sorbet which was not served to us because it was melted.

I liked the food a lot, especially the fried bread and the chips🤤. The service was very kind and friendly. And the view was stratospheric. At the end we took a horse ride and it was a wonderful feeling. Keep it up!

I share my experience in this restaurant, being invited for a birthday and not knowing where they were taking me, I thought of a completely different location. Very suggestive external place, well-kept and very particular with stone and wooden benches, also the very particular interior. Staff of one person, but perhaps because it was obviously on a Tuesday evening... But it doesn't matter, the menu in my opinion is very limited in the sense of little choice of both pasta and everything else. The food is good but not too convincing, the macaroni seems good at first glance, but then leaves a little to be desired, sausage ditto with many pieces of hard meat and with some meat... On the contrary, the mutton, excellent tender, and very tasty. P.S Non-existent background music, even if requested, and Wi-Fi ditto.

I organized my boyfriend's surprise birthday and we had a GREAT time, both for the quality and flavors of the typical products, and for the environment and then the icing on the cake was the horseback ride The owners of genuine and very kind people were also splendid

I presume that the name given to this restaurant derives from the famous English thoroughbred "Ribot" who dominated racecourses around the world at the end of the 1950s. It is no coincidence, I imagine, that the same establishment manages around twenty very well-kept horses in the adjacent riding school which offers restaurant customers, but not only, the opportunity of a ride along an established and very beautiful route (15.00 euros for half an hour, 25.00 euros an hour). But let's get to the restaurant which was a very pleasant surprise. The entrance to the restaurant is located at the end of a private slope that leads to a large, well-kept car park surrounded by apple trees and other fruit trees. All the outdoor spaces are grassed, well cared for and equipped with tables and chairs for relaxing after lunch while enjoying a coffee or a bitter. The entrance to the room is very nice, almost fairytale-like, and the room, with a wooden ceiling and large windows overlooking the external lawns, is truly very well looked after, warm and welcoming. A beautiful stylized portal divides the main room from a smaller one with tables and the cash register and the entrance to the toilets which I found clean and functional. The appetizers are good, based on products characterizing the territory and the Sicilian tradition. The first courses are also excellent, very well seasoned. The second courses and non-frozen French fries are good. The service was also excellent: the staff was attentive and kind. The outside invites you not to leave and we took the opportunity to unwrap some photos, enjoy another coffee outside, have a chat and enjoy some fresh air. Overall it was a great experience definitely worth repeating. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

29/12/2024: I had dinner here yesterday for the first time. Let me start by saying that I am not a fan of the highly computerized system that has been adopted for booking, I much prefer to call directly. Furthermore, I was not enthusiastic about the idea of ​​the fidelity program, where consent to profiling and marketing is requested (albeit optional) in exchange for a thousand discounts which at first glance are reminiscent of those of platforms like Temu. The location is pleasant, probably at its best in summer. There are some details that show the commitment to making the place welcoming and modern. However, the room they placed us in was really small, with tables very close together, giving the impression that they tried to make the most of every centimeter. This also made the service corridors for the waiters very narrow. The service was friendly and nice but slow, half an hour passed between the end of the starters and the arrival of the pizzas. Let's move on to the pizza. I ordered a “Cittadella” (raw horse pesto, rocket and parmesan flakes), which intrigued me a lot. In Parma, horse is an institution, and as a lover of this meat, I was eager to try it in this new guise. The pizza had its ups and downs: the dough was excellent, light and digestible, the horse pesto was fresh and of decent quality like the rest of the ingredients. However, the horse was not seasoned, probably to give the customer freedom, which I can understand. However, I would have appreciated the possibility of having the condiments immediately available. After requesting them, I was brought a set without oil, with an almost empty salt shaker and pepper. I seasoned the pesto to my liking with the very little salt available and the pizza acquired much more flavour. For dessert we had an artisanal Duchess of Parma with black cherry and zabaglione to share. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. It is served in a ready-made cup and the eggnog was very dark; I wasn't thrilled with the flavor but it was good. The bill was more than honest, paid in cash, but as often happens in Italy, no trace of the receipt.
29/12/2024: Two fantastic experiences in this pizzeria! Both the pizza consumed on site and the take-away one were simply perfect. The dough is light and digestible, the seasonings are quality and the flavor combinations are really spot on. The service was friendly and attentive. Absolutely must try!
