Super nice and well-kept accommodation with a great view of the landscape. Delicious breakfast and very nice staff! In about 20 minutes you can reach Grosseto by car.

Restaurant mit fleischlastiger Karte und nettem Service. Die Kellner sind äußerst freundlich und man merkt dass ihnen daran gelegen ist den Gästen einen schönen Abend zu bescheren. Vor allem der Kellner ohne den Bart war sehr nett! Das Essen war lecker und gut zubereitet. Wir waren Gäste des Hotels und fanden die Karte um jeden Tag dort zu essen zu eintönig, fleischlastig und auf Dauer zu hochpreisig für das Angebot. Dennoch ein gutes Restaurant, in dem man einen schönen Abend verbringen kann.

Amazing location. Very kind staff, especially Anja in the reception. The pool has a perfect tuskany view, like in all those pictures we see about tuskany. The food was very good. In the room the only thing I didnt like, was that I could hear everything our neighbour was doing in the bathroom.😁

We had a great stay! Beautiful surroundings and super staff. Roberto works as a waiter, he did his job very well, so in addition to the good food, we also thought Roberto's service was a real plus. A real winner!

We slept 5 nights at Villa Preselle, ideally located for visiting the surrounding area or going to the beach. The villa is very beautiful with its gardens and olive fields! The panorama from the swimming pool is magnificent. The welcome is warm and friendly. We ate at the restaurant 2 evenings, it was excellent, local and homemade products. I recommend!

The pool with the view over the villa's own olive groves is fantastically beautiful. Especially at sunset. Enough loungers for everyone in the sun or shade. Everything very clean. Our superior double room was huge, very clean and was in the main building. The air conditioning was excellent (totally quiet, perfectly adjusted - really important when temperatures are around 40 degrees). In front of the rooms there was a large air-conditioned lounge with sofas, books about Tuscany and a sofa corner. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is by far the best we had in Italy on our tour. The restaurant is also outstanding, excellent food, great quality and great prices. You sit on the great terrace with fairy lights in the morning and evening - just as you would imagine in Tuscany. The accommodation is about 40 minutes from the Mediterranean. In 1 hour you can reach the beautiful medieval town of Pitigliano. We are absolutely thrilled and will definitely come back!

Beautiful restaurant overlooking the Maremma hills. The starter (Chianina carpaccio, buffalo stracciatella and truffle) is delicious. The first course was a worthy sequel (egg tagliatella, butter and black truffle). And finally two scoops of blueberry and peach sorbet. Absolutely recommended!

Enchanting location with a 360° panorama that you can enjoy even when swimming in the beautiful infinity pool!! The restaurant is also excellent with local cuisine with excellent preparations thanks to the young Chef assisted in the dining room by trained and very kind staff!! Advised!!!

Il ristorante è stato una scelta perfetta per una cena in famiglia. Ero in compagnia di altre due persone e siamo rimasti tutti estremamente soddisfatti. La location è incantevole, immersa nella collina maremmana. Il menù è ricco di prodotti tipici toscani, tutti di eccellente qualità sia di carne che di pesce. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l’olio, di loro produzione. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e attento, contribuendo a rendere la nostra serata ancora più piacevole. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente e che sicuramente ripeteremo.
