Villa Pio In Somma lombardo

We'd tried to go there for Valentine's Day but were unsuccessful, but this restaurant we saw while running along the Ticino River intrigued us. We went on Sunday and were very pleased. Kindness and professionalism reign supreme among the owners and waiters. On Sunday, they had mushrooms off the menu, and we enjoyed them both breaded and with tagliatelle. Delicious. We also ordered a cheese platter, which we thoroughly enjoyed. All this with a half bottle of Franciacorta. I highly recommend it for its quality, professionalism, and elegance.

A stunning location for a wedding. Receptions were held in the garden with a stunning river in the background. The menu was excellent, and the owners were delightful, along with a well-organized staff. Highly recommended.

A pleasant return... After many years, I return for dinner. The atmosphere is always welcoming, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Ticino. The menu offers a variety of dishes, from meat to lake and seafood. The quality is immediately apparent from the first bite. Kudos to the service and the courtesy at the table. If you want to enjoy a quality dish in a quiet setting with excellent service... you're in the right place. The wine list is noteworthy, with a wide selection and reasonable prices. The desserts are also excellent, and the price is in line with the quality. Well done!

Ristornate lungo il Ticino, siamo tornati a mangiare qui, oltre che per organizzare il nostro matrimonio. Mario e Michela sono gentilissimi e simpaticissimi, e il metre oltre che impeccabile nel gestire la sala, organizzare i tavoli, ci ha deliziati con i suoi consigli sul bere e mangiare. Cerchiamo un ristorante elegante, con cucina ricercata e raffinata. Quale posto migliore per organizzare il nostro matrimonio.

Ottima esperienza! Non conoscevamo questo ristorante se non come location x banchetti. Locale veramente bello e accogliente...cibo tutto perfetto ottimo anche il servizio. Una bella atmosfera, rilassante con tavoli spaziati e spaziosi...per noi è stata una bella scoperta...ci torneremo presto!
