The setting is very pleasant in the middle of the pines with a view of the sea The room we slept in was spacious but the equipment was outdated. The wooden shower window did not close properly with a strong pipe smell. We did not have hot water for the shower and toilet apparently due to a boiler problem. However, we did not get a discount on the room rate.

I spent 11 nights in this beautiful Villa. Here the customer is welcomed with great professionalism by all the staff who pay close attention to his every need. Very clean facility, excellent food. Fantastic holiday.

The restaurant is the jewel in the crown of the structure... just like you eat fish here you can't eat it anywhere else. Everything is always fresh and delicious and the pasta is something exceptional. Last but not least, the beach service and the sea of ​​San Menaio are always beautiful. Siamo stati in questo locale ospiti di amici restandone molto positivamente impressionati. In buona sostanza il locale, soprattutto se si pranza all’esterno, gode di una vista invidiabile sul mare, ma ad una certa distanza dalla confusione. Il servizio è attento e preparato. I piatti sono molto ben preparati, io personalmente ho mangiato un ottimo primo con rana pescatrice e datterino giallo (dolcissimo) e una spigola fatta alla griglia e servita con un rosso di pomodori e patate. Prezzi mi sembrano coerenti con il posto e la qualità offerta. Ci ritornerei volentieri così come lo raccomanderei. Meriterebbe anche qualcosa in più dei quattro pallini.

We stayed in this hotel for the whole week and really liked it. We had nice and modern room, which was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was great as well as the service. I especially like tuna. Personnel is friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. So we felt like we are visiting our good friends.

The hotel is something unique, a villa surrounded by pine trees and recently they have created a brand new annex with all the comforts and a dream view . Naturally, all rooms are served by air conditioning and the price includes an umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach with very clean water and always ventilated. the cuisine deserves a separate note because it is good and to say the least always fishy or if you want you can choose what you like but the fish without too many seasonings is just natural and it is really good, good and good. Mr. Franco deserves a special mention as he offers you the dishes of the day and already makes your mouth water. Marilena always nice and present, available for every request.
