09/01/2026: Excellent food! Fresh cold cuts and unique pasta with truffle!

07/01/2026: To cut to the chase, it's a great place. First, we ordered a bottle of wine, a T-bone steak, and vongole. When choosing a wine, they were polite enough to recommend a different one (and it wasn't overly expensive). The food was clean, yet had a nice body, which complemented the dishes perfectly. The vongole had fresh ingredients, but to me, the flour tasted a bit raw. It would have been 200 times better if the noodles were different. My friend enjoyed it, though. The T-bone steak was simply delicious. If you like beef, definitely get it rare. Unlike Korean T-bone steaks, the tender meat needs to be rare to be enjoyed. (They cook the fat side down.) Now for the bad part. The wine was brought out promptly, but even after 50 minutes of waiting, no other food arrived. My wise girlfriend gave me a glare. She must have forgotten, but...she seemed to have missed something. She apologized deeply. She put tomato on a mouthwatering baguette. They gave me free food drenched in olive oil and other ingredients. (I was so annoyed I didn't think I'd be able to eat it, but it was so delicious that I was satisfied. Their handling was definitely excellent.) Maybe because I came from Paris, there were one or two flies or bugs. I just caught them. Everything was great. Make sure to reserve a table at The Fork to get a discount!!
