Old hotel but with very good location, parking and personal who can help you all the day. Near to Outlet Noventa di Piave. Very quiet and clean with good big park and 2 swimming pools. Recommend!

I came to this hotel with my husband because he had to have a procedure at the nursing home next door. We came here because I'd read in the reviews that the hotel was connected to the nursing home by a tunnel. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the tunnel was very short and that the two facilities were practically connected. We could go from the hotel room to the patient room in just a few minutes. An exceptional convenience. The hotel bar was excellent and the breakfast was good. I didn't try the restaurant. The staff were courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and large, and the bathrooms were new. Overall, we had a great time.

I stayed here as part of a HIS tour. First of all, the building's layout was a bit mysterious. My room was very far from the front desk, and was on the second floor, up a flight of stairs that turned several times before coming to a dead end. The lights were dim here too. And there were very few places to plug in electrical outlets. In fact, there weren't any. So we unplugged the lamp and used that instead. The worst thing was that we found what looked like a stink bug in our room. Both of us girls hate bugs, so we weakened it with alcohol spray and then used a hanger to get it out the door and into the hallway. Also, the hair dryer was an odd shape, which made it difficult to use. Other than that, there were no issues. The only good thing about this hotel was that the breakfast was more luxurious and delicious than any other hotel we stayed in Italy. I'm not saying it was luxurious, but they had waffles and pancakes, which we didn't get at any other hotels. They were absolutely delicious.

A charming place, with kind and helpful staff. I didn't see the rooms because I was exhibiting at a trade show, but I can say that the interior and exterior of the villa are worth seeing.

I stayed for fifteen nights in this hotel and loved it. It is a great hotel with delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended. I will certainly go back there. However it is necessary a car as it is not really in a city.
