Villa Euchelia In Castrocielo

We had a wonderful stay at villa euchelia. Very nice room and wonderful environment. The food was wonderful with very nice staff and a very family atmosphere. Simply a place that I can really recommend. Already looking forward to the next time I get to visit this wonderful place again.

Very good breakfast with large assortment What we didn't like · honestly a room on the 4th floor with only one air conditioner which was insufficient to heat the room, made us feel quite cold. I reported it at dinner time (even though we had already had the air conditioning on for 6 hours) and they came to check without getting any improvement. In the report I also asked for an extra blanket, but I was brought a tiny throw (the kind for a child's bed) which I only put on my wife's side of the bed. Bitter surprise also at checkout, where, despite the booking including half board, I was charged 6 euros for the service which did not appear at the time of booking. It's not for the 6 euros per se, but it seems ridiculous to me to make the customer pay for the waiter's service which should be included in the price of dinner. The dinner assortment was also very limited compared to other external customers who ate from the à la carte menu instead of half board like us. A real shame to get lost in these things. Also at check out I learned that the staff was aware of the malfunction of the second air conditioner in the bathroom and that it would have allowed you to take a shower without feeling the chills. I repeat, it is a beautiful structure which however has lost its way on significant things

And if sitting at the table is a pleasure, sitting at the table in Villa Euchelia is double it, here you can taste all the typical qualities of the neighboring Ciociaria towns, chosen with careful selection by the chefs who will make you live a unique experience by cooking dishes for you fragrant and colorful enough to make anyone hungry. I stayed in this wonderful villa for 2 days, everything was perfect! The suite with tub was something wonderful, a spotless room full of comfort. The starred food! Delicious dishes served with the utmost elegance, individual breakfast equally perfect, when I left I was crying because I would have stayed for another few days! Congratulations to all the staff!

Un pranzo eccezionale. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio meravigliosa in quanto del diciottesimo secolo ed ancora in ottimo stato . La cucina è molto delicata e le materie prime vengono trattate in maniera eccezionale. Abbiamo mangiato sia carne che pesce. Il menù di carne ha molti richiami al territorio. Personalmente ho mangiato un agnello in tre consistenze squisito. L’ambiente è rilassante e il personale è competente e coinvolgente È presente in ampia carta dei vini e con alcune chicche particolari. Compimenti a tutto lo staff

Il menù autunnale è in lavorazione, pertanto la proposta attualmente presente era provvisoria. Nonostante alcuni piatti meritino davvero come i tortelli altri invece deludono le aspettative che comunque restano alte per la proposta de ristorante. Si mangia bene, ma per i prezzi è lo stile comunque elegante del ristorante le aspettative sono maggiori per un locale del genere. Ritengo che a volte è bene sacrificare il visual di un piatto e soffermarsi un po’ di più sulla qualità. Un locale che promette molto bene e che sicuramente raggiungerà ottimi livelli. In generale, il feedback è sicuramente positivo, anche per la cortesia del personale.

I celebrated my 18th birthday here. The location is truly fantastic, especially the area near the swimming pool. Dinner was also very good and lived up to my expectations.
