I went to this pizzeria on a Friday evening in July. The location—very pretty—is nestled in the Solarino countryside. The staff—including the owners—are very kind. I ordered a simple Margherita: 🔸 Dough: The crust is nice and thick and well-cooked, with that light char typical of true Neapolitan pizza—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! 👌🔥 🔸 Mozzarella: Evenly distributed and stringy, with a few golden areas that provide a nice contrast in flavor. 🧀😍 🔸 Tomato: The sauce seems fresh and vibrant, with a beautiful deep red color. 🍅❤️ 🔸 Basil: Abundant fresh leaves, added after baking, add flavor and freshness to the pizza. 🌿😋 🔸 Overall: Simple, traditional, but made with care and passion. Service always at the top, both the pizza and the pizzoli are delicious, the catering is the same, both in summer outdoors and in winter everything is always perfect

Excellent restaurant/pizzeria, I eat there very often, as I am celiac and lactose intolerant, no risk of contamination and very attentive waiters! I recommend it very much. Very kind staff

Great food and friendly service

Nice and well-kept environment. Friendly staff and very good pizza. Too bad ours were a little burnt on the cornice (see photo). Honest prices
