Room is ok, clean even if a bit old. Pool is nice. The place is very nice. What we DIDN'T like is the BAD BREAKFAST. Please improve it.

The accommodations feature exceptional rooms, reminiscent of historical palace chambers. The ceiling is adorned with palace-themed artwork. The room's design and furnishings are thoughtfully curated. The breakfast service provides a diverse selection of options and is meticulously presented.

Even though we were looking for a room late, we were served politely and quickly.

Lovely, very well appointed rooms. So badly let down by management. They accept booking without adequate provisions, for food and staffing. Such a disappointment as the setting is quite favourable, despite claiming there is a free shuttle service to town, there was no such service at all. If you’re part of a group, with no shuttle, you’re stuck. Such a terrible shame.

Great breakfast, great restaurant for dinner, fantastic location.....

Excellent in every aspect. Clean, well equipped. The view is amazing. It was excellent.

We were on a DERtour tour of Tuscany. The hotel was praised for its location, excellent Tuscan food, and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, but air conditioning was not available. The ground-floor rooms were cold (uncomfortable in the bathroom). The upper floor was fine due to the sun. The air conditioning couldn't lower the temperature; it was probably turned off. Guest complaints were ignored. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was a complete disaster. There was no trace of typical Tuscan cuisine, far below canteen standards. It would be better to book bed and breakfast and find a restaurant in Pistoia (about a 20- to 30-minute walk). The pool wasn't open in May, and the sunbathing area was unusable. The DERtour tour guide found this less of a problem, especially since there was apparently a staff shortage in the kitchen. Conclusion: Try an outside restaurant or be more careful when booking.

Good hotel with nice rooms. Spacious parking in front of the hotel. The restaurant also served excellent food, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit old and antiquated as many italian hotels are. But it has charm and nice large rooms, purs had a balcony which was lovely. Complementary drinking water and tea and coffee would have been a nice touch, sadly there was none. The staff couldn't be less interested in their guests. The breakfast is awful, even the bread was awful. Which I hard to do in Italy where even the most basic bread is nice. The coffee machine makes luke warm coffee. Based on this experience we wouldn't stay again nor recommend it. For some reason there was no where to add pictures of breakfast.
