Beautiful 4-star hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room. Lovely terrace, spacious shower. Very kind and efficient staff. The nearby restaurant is also very convenient. Excellent value for money.

A new facility, offering hotel rooms and studio apartments, nestled in the greenery just outside Pistoia. Ample parking and rooms with home automation. Breakfast is served in a spacious dining room, though the savory selection is a bit limited. A swimming pool, soccer field, and tennis court are available.

Excellent location for exploring the surrounding area. A varied and plentiful breakfast, from sweet to savory. Comfortable beds and pillows. Everyone was very friendly.

We've been guests for years now, and we always enjoy returning, even when we're not in the area. Friendly staff, both at reception and in the breakfast room. Clean rooms.

The Tuscan Estate Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool where swimming enthusiasts can enjoy a few laps to stretch their muscles and relax… My first night in Italy was on the plane; this was the second night of my trip, and my first night staying at the estate. Since I arrived quite late after a long day of sightseeing, I quickly unpacked and went to sleep. Generally speaking, the beds in the estate rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel offers various types of rooms; some have recently been renovated, while others haven't. They have a stylistic issue (personal taste), which is too dark. They should reconsider the placement of the outlets and switches; there should be outlets on both sides of the bed, but that's not the case. Cleanliness could be improved; it's excellent, but sometimes it's lacking in details. The pillows are awful... and the comfort of the bed could be improved as well. The breakfast is sad, very much like a wholesale hotel. As much as I appreciate environmental sustainability, I didn't find the breakfast to be good. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is close to the center with ample parking. The rooms are poorly soundproofed; you can hear everyone upstairs and downstairs.

Perfect: in the Tuscan countryside just outside Pistoia. It offers a variety of accommodations, from small but fully equipped rooms to apartments. Virtually all rooms have a furnished outdoor area or terrace for summer evenings. Some rooms have been recently and tastefully renovated, while others are a little older but still pleasant. The breakfast is excellent and varied. A swimming pool and tennis courts are available for the summer months, and a gym is available year-round. The staff is always very kind and helpful.
