The structure is a bit dated. Problems with the bathroom drains.

I stayed for work and had a great time; the rooms were spacious with breathtaking views of the hills. A few steps away, across from the reception, is the restaurant with a variety of seasonal Tuscan dishes. Recommended.

The hotel is located at the foot of the Pistoia hills, an ideal location for those seeking tranquility and peace. Central Pistoia is within easy reach, Florence is 30 minutes away, and Lucca is 40 minutes away. The hotel has many rooms, but the building itself isn't imposing. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and clean. The spotlights could be improved; they're a bit dim. One small point about our stay: the room was next to the elevators and adjacent to the utility room. In the morning, there was some loud chatter from the cleaning staff. The hotel staff is very attentive and quick to resolve minor issues or provide helpful directions. For my taste, the breakfast was adequate; the dining room was a bit bland but suitable for an international clientele. Perhaps they could consider adding an outdoor space. Superb pool. Ample free parking, not covered. Excellent value for money.
