I stayed for work and had a great time; the rooms were spacious with breathtaking views of the hills. A few steps away, across from the reception, is the restaurant with a variety of seasonal Tuscan dishes. Recommended.

Good location just outside the city center. Nice and spacious quadruple room. Nice and very quiet hotel. Excellent and plentiful breakfast.

The hotel is located at the foot of the Pistoia hills, an ideal location for those seeking tranquility and peace. Central Pistoia is within easy reach, Florence is 30 minutes away, and Lucca is 40 minutes away. The hotel has many rooms, but the building itself isn't imposing. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and clean. The spotlights could be improved; they're a bit dim. One small point about our stay: the room was next to the elevators and adjacent to the utility room. In the morning, there was some loud chatter from the cleaning staff. The hotel staff is very attentive and quick to resolve minor issues or provide helpful directions. For my taste, the breakfast was adequate; the dining room was a bit bland but suitable for an international clientele. Perhaps they could consider adding an outdoor space. Superb pool. Ample free parking, not covered. Excellent value for money.

We stayed in this hote as a family l in our way north. It was great. Good location and with parking. They made our bed also considering the kids, very welcoming for arriving late and tired in the evening. Spacious room and good breakfast. The hotel had a big swimming pool, which looked really nice, unfortunately we did not had the time to swim. I would stay there again.

A well-maintained tourist hotel with a large pool and a pleasant bar nearby. Convenient for getting around Pistoia, with a good value for money. Breakfast offers a variety of products, offering everything you need for any breakfast.

Very well-located hotel. Good value for money for Tuscany. Large, unattended pool (beware of children). Evening meal (we were half-board): generous portions of pasta as a starter, but a very basic main course (a slice of grilled chicken with a few roasted potatoes, for example), and disappointing dessert (three fruit salads over six days, or a "Strawberry Semifreddo" consisting of two small squares of frozen strawberry yogurt with a little coulis). However, the restaurant staff were very friendly, and the table was very well located outside. Small problem: we had chosen a "superior" room based on the website photos: the one we got was spacious, but lacked decorations, and the bed was very soft (too soft for my back). It turned out to be an older room that hadn't been renovated yet (but at the same price). We reported it to reception, where we were told "I'll speak to the manager and get back to you," but there was no follow-up after that. That said, we're a little disappointed, but nothing too serious to report, just a series of minor disappointments.

We spent a few days at the hotel. It was a very pleasant time. There was a great pool with loungers under olive trees, a bar open until late in the evening, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Everything was spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
