Comfortable and clean hotel, with large and functional rooms (quadruple). Good breakfast. Easily accessible, with internal parking.

Excellent option for those who want to stay in Tuscany and want to escape the expensive prices of Firenze. Quiet location and good rooms. There was no fruit for breakfast, but it was worth it.

Truly spectacular New Year's Eve dinner! Exquisite dishes, impeccable service and a festive atmosphere. Each course was a delight, with careful presentation and refined flavours. An experience to recommend to those looking for a special evening to welcome the new year! The singer was amazing! With his powerful voice and perfect repertoire, he made the evening even more special, involving everyone with energy and passion. An excellent choice for New Year's Eve!.

Secluded location but excellent for those who love bucolic settings. However, it remains quite convenient for further Pistoia centre. The rooms are partly renovated and excellent, partly discreet (they are showing age and need modernization). The staff is very kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Highly recommended regardless of the level of the rooms.

06/01/2025: Warm and welcoming place, it offers good service with young and cheerful staff. It offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic alternatives on paper without having to fall back on juices or carbonated drinks (which happens in many places). I had the opportunity to taste a very tasty non-alcoholic cocktail (Anal sex).
30/12/2024: Very nice place. Excellent cocktail, pleasant music. The only flaw is the absence of air recirculation therefore the consequent unpleasant and strong smell of electronic cigarettes. We had to leave after a short time.

10/01/2024: Accurate and innovative preparation. Excellent wine and service. A little cold atmosphere for a New Year's Eve dinner.
03/01/2024: Unfortunately returned after several months, but as always excellent. passed a dinner on 01/31/2023 with à la carte menu or their tasting menus with wine pairings "which I recommend". With excellent dishes and fabulous presentations, always up to the standard of the restaurant and making us feel at home. Although the management of the room put the waiter in difficulty, he managed to manage and resolve the problems with professionalism. the only thing that was missing was the presence of Giulia, engaged in a new adventure. Where I hope to find that STILNUOVO symphony again. A place where the welcome is wonderful, customer care is wonderful, the food is well prepared and exceptional raw materials are excellent wines. Managed by young but really good and trained staff. A FABULOUS experience. Back and as always a truly 🆗 place DINNER ON 12/31/2022 AS ALWAYS THEY MANAGED TO MAKE US BREATHE GOODNESS AND TRANQUILITY DESPITE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE 🍾🍾🥂🥂 THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE NEXT STIL NOVO 🤗🤗
