Very beautiful grounds and facility..however, not a full service hotel in terms of staff and food. Breakfast was limited. Location is close to airport but a taxi is definitely required. It's a 30 min bus ride to Bologna. It was very safe here but not convenient to seeing Bologna or Modena...it took us over an hour to get to Modena via bus and train. Multiple bus routes within walking distance as well as several good restaurants. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pretty views from some rooms.

We stayed one night for a business trip. The rooms were very spacious and clean, including the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, nothing exceptional but adequate. Recommended

An excellent location in Bologna near Borgo Panigale! Well-kept structure with gardens and English lawn. All the food is fresh in addition to the very accurate preparation, Top services and organization!! Excellent management in everything!

It's inconvenient because there's only one outlet next to the bathroom door, and the room was so hot because of the heater, but I couldn't sleep because I couldn't turn it off. I don't think I'll ever go back because they said it couldn't be adjusted. Breakfast is nothing special..

Trattoria molto elegante con personale all'altezza del locale. Qui si può assaggiare la vera cucina alla Bolognese con piatti tipici. Consiglio Tagliatelle al ragù.

Location molto comoda in quanto dotata di ampio parcheggio. Si possono mangiare i grandi classici della cucina bolognese come tortellini in brodo, tagliatelle al ragù, friggione, petroniana…servizio puntuale e cortesia. Nel complesso, un ristorante discreto.

12/07/2025: I'm absolutely in love with this place. From the food to the staff, I couldn't find a single flaw. I say this as a customer, but also as a colleague, since I work in the restaurant business myself. I didn't get to take pictures of the desserts. But I assure you, they weren't just beautiful!! They were out of this world! We cleaned every plate. (Working in the kitchen, I know how rewarding it is🥰) Thank you so much❤ And congratulations. I would have given you 10 stars!!

21/07/2025: Perfect value for money! It's like eating home-cooked food. Quick, generous portions, and everyone is very friendly. An excellent stop on our trip. I'll definitely be back.
25/06/2025: Very good and plentiful food Mauro and Nico the two brothers who manage the place are friendly and very nice like the girls who serve at the tables I recommend it wholeheartedly
