Villa Antigone In Palermo

Last night my boyfriend and I went to this restaurant. What can I say, we were enchanted by the beauty of the place and amazed by the goodness and quality of the food. Everything was excellent, I would only increase the portions of the fish appetizers. Fast service and super friendly staff.

In the extreme outskirts of the city where once there were only agricultural land and a couple of small roads that ended in Partanna-Mondello, a small village that has only the name in common with the famous Palermo seaside village, we find this beautiful place. Excellent cuisine! The sea is the main attraction, mainly, with all its goodness. Raw food, crustaceans, molluscs and fish, the only drawback, already admiring the dishes on the menu, is that you can't, unfortunately, taste them all and so you have to choose, knowing that you can return and vary your previous tasting and try the ones you had left out. I have been there several times, as a guest of friends, and I have always eaten very well. Unfortunately, living outside of Sicily, I cannot frequent it as I would like. Good wine list, which favors labels from the island but also offers a good choice from outside the territory. Fair markups. A special note for the ladies, I think they are the owners, who with discretion and elegance stop at the tables to collect the opinions of the customers. See you next time.

Location molto elegante e ben curata, il cibo è di alta qualità e molto ben presentato, il personale professionale e particolarmente attento alle esigenze del cliente

Ristorante dall'aspetto un pò agè e un pò fuori tema essendo una struttura a pochi passi dal mare i muri in pietra e i soffitti bassi con le travi di legno a vista stonano un pò. Ma il mare lo ritroviamo splendidamente a tavola in un piatto di linguine all'aragosta veramente ottimo, l'aragosta cucinata sapientemente e perfettamente amalgamata con il suo sughetto cremoso con la pasta. Anche tutto il resto delle portate che abbiamo ordinato si è mantenuto ad un livello più che buono con una menzione particolare per la torta fragoline e panna. Porzioni abbondanti, personale molto professionale e gentile. Ristorante che merita di essere rivisitato.
