If it were possible to give it 10 stars, I would. A property in the heart of Tropea, just steps from the seafront and offering every comfort. A gem. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Tropea, enjoy the town, the crystal-clear waters, and stay in an oasis of peace. Recommended for both families and couples. Book now—you won't regret it!

The restaurant is an excellent choice for those who love authentic flavors, especially Tropea onions, the star of a richly varied appetizer and two first courses, one of which can easily be veganized by omitting the pecorino cheese without sacrificing flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, attentive to every need, and the owner was particularly thoughtful, bringing me freshly picked figs after noticing my interest in the ones next to the cake. The location is welcoming and well-kept, and the dishes are refined and flavorful. The experience was very positive and delicious, although the price was high, commensurate with the quality and attentiveness of the service.

Tropea during the central weeks of August is a veritable chaos, bustling with restaurants and bars. Villa Adua stands out for its majestic structure and the lighting that creates a warm and elegant atmosphere. The hospitality is superb. Tables are tastefully set, and nothing is left to chance. I've read some people complaining about the placemats, calling them tacky...but it would have been a real shame to obscure the originality of the tables, set with beautiful, decorated tiles: a true gem. I agree with the owners' choice to maintain this type of table linen: classy placemats that match and contrast with the napkins, and the choice of plates and glasses demonstrate careful attention to detail. Impeccable service: dishes arrived piping hot all at the same time, and above all, without long waits, even though it's August 15th. This should be the norm, but unfortunately, it's not. What about the menu? Plenty of choice for all tastes. Fish, meat, and more. I really appreciated the use of local ingredients. Traditional dishes revisited with a clever twist of originality that never hurts. Four people at the table with different tastes tried a little bit of everything. The house fish appetizer was rich, tasty, and beautifully presented; the dish of the day was paccheri with delicious grouper sauce; spaghetti ca mujcata, a simple, hearty and flavorful dish; mixed fried fish and chips arrived hot and crispy; meatballs in sauce that deserved to be mopped up; and last but not least, a spectacular tuna steak with caramelized red onion, raisins, and toasted almonds—a delight for the eyes and the palate. The homemade desserts were delicious: we enjoyed the inevitable tiramisu, a fantastic fig sbrisolona, and the donuts with wine. Everything was perfect. Would you recommend it? Absolutely. Will you return? Without a doubt.

What more could you ask for than excellence? Anyone staying in Tropea simply cannot miss the cuisine at Villa Adua. The food is of the highest quality, and the staff is professional and courteous.

ristorante molto carino in zona tranquilla di Tropea.
Abbiamo prenotato per le 20,00, l’inizio c’era poca gente ma a fine cena il ristorante era quasi pieno.
I due camerieri molto gentili e disponibili.
Poca attesa tra una portata e l’altra.
Abbiamo ordinato le bruschette calabresi (4), la fileja nduja e scamorza( porzione abbondante, piccante al punto giusto) e tagliata di tonno e cipolla (buonossima).
Per concludere sorbetto e limone e tartufo al pistacchio (buoni).
Tutto molto buono, siamo usciti soddisfatti.
