A delicious restaurant in the heart of Bologna, behind the cathedral. Nestled in a quiet, shaded alley, this restaurant serves traditional yet elegant dishes. The tortelli with parmesan cream and the tagliatelle with ragù are a must-try. The service is prompt, prompt, and friendly. The bill isn't excessive.

Very nice food and service in a popular restaurant. We were lucky to find a table for 2 table without reservation. Enjoy high quality traditional regional food with a modern and tasty twist combined with modern creations. A difficult choice as all suggestions on the menu seem tempting. :)

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The girl who served us was Cuban, making everything very easy. As soon as we sat down, they placed some cold bottles of water on the table, which, considering the heat, was wonderful and very much appreciated. To start, we ordered the roasted onion with Parmigiano cream, and I have to say it was the most surprising thing about the entire meal. The onion was perfectly roasted, soft, and with that sweet flavor that pairs perfectly with the power of the Parmigiano. Then, we couldn't miss the lasagna, which was very well made, and the tortellini with broth, which was a magnificent dish. Dessert was the famous Supergelato, which lives up to its name: creamy, with a spectacular texture. I can't help but mention the breadsticks they served us at the beginning, very crispy and perfect for whet our appetite while we waited for our dishes.

Ottima esperienza con cibo tipico bolognese Antipasto con salumi buoni, friggione per accompagnare le tigelle veramente gustoso, tigelle con porzione abbondante. Tagliatelle con grande quantità di ragù e lasagna molto buona. Cotoletta bolognese per finire divisa anche se con un pranzo abbondante è stato un plus. Personale cordiale professionale e molto attento ad allergie alimentari. Location formale e molto curata

Delicioius in every possible way- had an amazing appetizer a tortellini plater to die for and very good wines. The service was great
