Great place, great pizza and great products

Very nice place inside, very elegant outside and well arranged apart from a few sloping tables. I ate there, it's really annoying. I had the opportunity to try the pizza more than once. excellent, well-studied dough, very good, fresh ingredients, young people with little experience but a great desire to do things. Compliments. Highly recommended!

Two years later I returned to Vicolotto (under my first review) which in the meantime has moved to a new location, next to the mother church of Santa Maria delle Stelle. Excellent location and large room, well furnished and with a large outdoor space. I confirm the courteous and professional staff. I would like to point out the Ippari, courgette cream, fiordilatte, prawns, courgette chips.... and the Naselli, pumpkin cream, fiordilatte, porcini mushrooms, smoked bacon... The idea of ​​providing beer is excellent (Low Salento agricultural beer fermentation) in a single container (see photo) which allowed it to be kept fresh until the end. At the end I point out the "Sweet Sicily decomposed". " Excellent place, private, with air-conditioned internal room. Excellent pizza 🍕 with plenty of seasoning. I recommend the Casmene: pistachio pesto, fior di latte, mortadella, Battipaglia burrata, oil and basil, paired with a Brewdog IPA. Friendly and helpful staff professional. Excellente pizza, très bon rapport qualité prix.le poulpe cuisiné était aussi très bon.par contre le menu et la carte sont a chargé sur le téléphone, mais le réseau est mauvais, donc compliqué de charger la carte.un menu papier serait bienvenu.
