Fantastic restaurant in Vimercate. This is an extraordinary restaurant at the main square in Vimercate. There are just a few tables therefore an reservation is highly recommended. There is a small menu to choose from however all dishes are excellent and tasty. The menu starts with an ‘amuse gueule’, a starter, a secondi, a main and a dessert. Both the food and its presentation is perfect and worth every Euro. There is a decent wine list and the service is highly personal, friendly and attentive. This is not a restaurant for every day however for special purposes in a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Go there and enjoy!

BEAUTIFUL! Dining room with the right number of tables, comfortable chairs, excellent food (today the dishes I chose were an elegant combination of contrasts: hot-and-cold, salty+spicy-and-sweet, soft-and-crispy, excellent hot bread; as well as good, beautiful to look at: the chef has a nice hand), excellent service from the dining room staff, bathroom in excellent condition (a towel to dry your hands is the first time I've found such solution), excellent quality-price ratio. The interior rooms have spectacular walls, ceilings and floors. Great place for business and appointments. Large cellar.

Cena di altissima qualità: pochi piatti, ben selezionati che offrono un'esperienza unica. Grande cura in tutti i particolari, dall'atmosfera elegante del locale che racconta una storia fino alla notevole attenzione riservata al cliente. Davvero ineccepibile sotto ogni aspetto

05/03/2025: I went there last night with friends for the first time. Very nice and unique environment. Very careful in detail. Very friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. The truly professional service. I have to say that it rarely happens now. Excellent food. Excellent quality raw materials and very good and particular dishes. I will definitely be back

26/05/2025: It is unlikelly that Scarpetta were the family name of Joe. More probably "scarpetta" refers to one of the most frequent rituals during Italian dining. Should you need to figure it out, google it or ask them. Dishes (which stands for "food" in Italian) here are authentic, evoluted, modern but-not-sofisticated, well presented, well portioned and naturally tasty. Staff are courteous and competent, showing care for customers in all situations. You will dine surrounded by an incredible amount of pictures of Italian cinema actors of the Dolce Vita age, which are adorning every wall of the venue. Prices meet the quality. Italian customers will be always loud, no matter what. Eventually, ask for more bread to complete your own scarpetta. A few car parking spots might be avaible for free near by. Defenitelly reccomended 👍
