We have been there before and will return many more times. Deciding to go out and treat yourself to a nice dinner means feeling good and returning home happy and satisfied. This is what happens after having dinner with you. The magic begins from the moment you set foot inside the restaurant until the end. Well done everyone, but if I may, a big thank you goes to Bledi (I hope it's written like that) an unmissable service. Do I recommend it? CERTAINLY.

Seconda volta in questo ristorante in cui ho preso in entrambi le volte sushi (menù alla carta). Non mi ha deluso in entrambi le occasioni! Sushi molto buono con molte varietà e gusti diversi, alcuni anche più particolari rispetto al solito sushi che troviamo nei all you can eat. Staff molto gentile e accogliente, Sa consigliarti e si prende cura di te. Ottimo per chi ama sushi! Per me è una garanzia!

The best sushi in Florence!! I've been eating sushi in this magnificent place for about 4 years and I must say that it has never disappointed me. The place is beautiful, attention to every detail as well as the service which is truly excellent and the waiters, especially the boy with the light curly hair (I love you), are all highly trained and very professional. The menu is really vast and offers interesting alternatives to sushi, this makes it truly inclusive. The fish is very fresh, the sashimi melts in your mouth, there are so many rolls and each one is excellent both for the balance of flavors and for the raw materials used. I have tried many à la carte sushi in Florence and I must say that I have never eaten one as good as the one at Via Vai. Every time I eat here it is a gift for me, I admit that the prices are not low, but you pay for the quality and it's really worth it. Come and you won't regret it, I will continue to treat myself to these fantastic dinners for sure!!!!!

Prices a little high, but not very high and necessary to eat good fish. Excellent choice of both dishes and wines. Very friendly and helpful waiters. Punctual service. Very nice and elegant place.

Locale molto bello, ben arredato e ampio. Abbiamo mangiato il sushi, davvero ottimo e con tante opzioni diverse per tutti i gusti. I camerieri sono davvero molto gentili e disponibili. Tornerò sicuramente!

Cozy place, friendly and smiling staff. Tasty sushi and fish-based first courses, you can feel the quality products and freshness in the dishes. Decent wine list, excellent prices. Among my absolute favorite places in Florence.

Dinner for Women's Day. Truly special evening, excellent food, beautiful and young atmosphere and impeccable service. I highly recommend!!!!
