01/10/2025: Large spaces, comfortable bed, abundant breakfast

26/09/2025: Despite being a 4-star hotel, I found the amenities lacking. There was no choice of pillows, and even though I asked the staff for an alternative, they said that the pillows throughout the hotel were all the same, and their consistency resulted in poor sleep and rest. The TV in the room is located far from the bed, making it almost impossible to watch it from bed. Although we specifically requested a double bed when booking, it was two single beds pushed together. The bar was poorly stocked. The lack of an elevator on the ground floor to reach the lobby made transferring luggage inconvenient and likely a major problem for those with small children or disabilities. The free indoor parking was appreciated, but it was limited and difficult to maneuver. Many of the staff tried to be helpful, but were unable to improve our stay. PROS: The hotel is strategically located for the metro and/or getting around the city by car, and is also convenient for reaching the stadium by car.
