I visited this Michelin-starred restaurant for my birthday and it did not disappoint. I had high expectations, which were met every time, from appetizer to dessert. I chose one of the experience menus. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the location was elegant and intimate. Street parking is available in blue lines, or there's a private parking lot less than 50 meters away, which is part of a local 5-star hotel, but you can also park inside.

Let's start with the ambiance: simple and essential, in wabi sabi style.
The service is certainly excellent, no doubt about it.
Unfortunately, the sore point is what should be the most important thing: the food. From bitter to burnt to salty in every possible nuance, leaving us at the end of the meal with a bitter taste in our mouths, including the sweet one.

Two menus for €110, one evening in September. A very good meal, although the service (in French!) was much too fast: we finished dinner in barely two hours, the room emptied quickly, and it was just us, which didn't give us much time to linger.
The room was elegant, the tables were sufficiently spaced apart. I was brought a handbag hook for an old, faded tote bag. :)
Very attentive, very professional service. Naples isn't really known for its refined/sophisticated side anymore, if you know what I mean, so I was curious to know if the Michelin-starred restaurants were at an international level. Answer: yes!
The cuisine isn't very Italian in its ingredients (pasta, of course), but there are some real gems (the caramelized celery leaf, the citrus marmalade on the ice cream, the dessert sprayed with whiskey), it's fresh and delicate. Oh, the Pompeian-style brioche bread! Such attention to detail, the appetizers, and the petits fours at the end of the meal.
The dessert (a sort of crème caramel, a flan on top, and a cocoa tuile) is less interesting in my opinion.
A very good dinner up there on the corso, a place to keep in mind.

I chose a three-course meal. The herring dish was particularly impressive, and the wines paired with it complemented the food perfectly. The staff were also very friendly :)

Very good waiting staff, interesting meals though some a bit salty. Presentation perfect. One star less because there is a one Michelin star restaurant in Warsaw, Poland that is much better.

Accoglienza attenta e professionale .
Gennaro e gli altri giovani ragazzi del team sono molto bravi.
I piatti, a partire dagli antipasti sono deliziosi. Ricchi di colori e sapori.
Memorabile la ricciola accompagnata alle verdurine alla brace.
Strepitoso il pre dessert: un gelato con olive ed olio extravergine.
Marco è uno Chef brillante e coraggioso.
Propone abbinamenti sorprendenti ma molto equilibrati e intriganti, tipo un dessert che unisce il gusto del cioccolato a quello della cicoria.
Il resto non lo racconto : vi lascio la sorpresa. Provatelo .

Teníamos un menú degustación "Essenziale", 7 platos. Todo de principio a fin estaba bien, visualmente hermoso y sabía bien. La cocina tiende a utilizar sabores bastante fuertes, que estaba bien para nosotros. Vino - maridaje era excelente, de hecho, vinos seleccionados eran extraordinarios, interesantes y locales. El servicio era amable.
