In questo momento a Napoli ci sono solo tre ristoranti stellati. E questo ristorante è uno di quelli. Ma rispetto agli altri due ha tre grandi vantaggi: il servizio si sala (veloce ed informale), il costo del menù (molto più accessibile rispetto agli altri due), ma soprattutto una proposta vegetariana di grandissimo livello (per presentazione, sapori ed equilibrio). Tappa obbligatoria per chi è a Napoli.

We were for the 2025 New Year's Eve dinner and we were delighted. The menu was excellent with some traditional aspects but beautifully revisited. The sommelier was superb, relevant in her suggestions and very friendly. This restaurant totally deserves its Michelin star.

Veritas è stato una sorpresa, lo chef Marco ha saputo deliziarci dall’inizio alla fine con piatti del territorio ma sapientemente preparati come il fungo in tre consistenze. Ci ha convinte in tutto. Capacita’ ed estro creativo si incontrano. Anche là sommelier Cristina ha saputo consigliarci un ottimo Sauvignon che si sposava perfettamente con i piatti e le cameriere sono state cordiali e simpatiche. Non un posto formale e questo è ciò che fa la differenza con altri stellati. A mio avviso stella Michelin super meritata.

Very kind staff and high level skills, everything excellent, refined and quality dishes. Applause to the chef who we met in person. The 260 km return trip were worth it. See you soon Roberto and Enza

Despite the short notice, they organized an excellent dinner for us for a special occasion, also accepting changes to the menu. Everything was perfect, excellent food, exceptional flavours, friendly and helpful staff. They recommended some really good wine to us. Extremely satisfied. We will be back soon.

Locale piacevole ed accogliente, servizio impeccabile, gentilezza e professionalità lo denotano. I piatti di ottima qualità, a volte accostamenti un po' azzardati che non a tutti possono piacere, nel complesso un' esperienza molto positiva.

Last night we spent a wonderful evening at Veritas! Attentive and kind service. We celebrated a friend of ours' birthday and we were delighted to have chosen this restaurant. The menu was amazing and we loved the bold flavor of each dish. The sommelier chose perfect combinations for each dish, thanks to her we tasted wines that we would not have had the opportunity to choose or find elsewhere. He also showed off perfect French to make our friend understand everything. Experience to be redone 🤩

Going to a starred restaurant is an experience in which you have to open yourself up to new flavors and tastes. Generally, when we decide to treat ourselves to a special dinner, we choose a menu that gives the chef and sommelier carte blanche, so as to take us away from our comfort zone. It may therefore happen that you find something you didn't know (I really liked the first ones) and something you may not like (duck isn't my taste). The wine tasting was certainly very interesting. Too bad about the parking (the one at the Parker hotel recommended on the site was not allowed) which is very difficult to find. For the rest a nice experience

Andare in un ristorante stellato è un’esperienza in cui ti devi aprire a nuovi sapori e a nuovi gusti. Generalmente quando decidiamo di regalarci una cena particolare scegliamo un menù che dia allo chef e al sommelier carta bianca, in modo da condurci lontano dalla nostra comfort zone. Può quindi capitare di trovare qualcosa che non conoscevi (a me sono piaciuti molto i primi) e qualcosa che può non piacere (l’anatra non rientra nei miei gusti). Sicuramente è stata molto interessante la degustazione del vino. Peccato per il parcheggio (quello dell’hotel Parker consigliato sul sito non c’è stato permesso) che è molto difficile da trovare. Per il resto una bella esperienza

Good food but not at star level for me. Service was good at the beginning, unfortunately it deteriorated towards the end. The star wine accompaniment was good but too expensive. We were rushed through the menu very quickly. Really a shame for such an evening.

05/01/2025: All good…. I am a regular customer and I have also spent New Year's Eve in this establishment for years... clean and hospitable environment, good food. Friendly and attentive staff. The hotel rooms are a bit "out of fashion", but at the same time excellent for spending a night. Recommended place
31/12/2024: I believe that in the area it is the only one that can be defined as a hotel in all respects, cleanliness, professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. I went with my partner to make a quote for a fairly large number of people scheduled for several months ahead, and they made it very simple for us to organize, avoiding various constraints that other structures have given us, talking to them and organizing everything almost felt like being at home given the understanding and availability they showed us.

'A Tiàna Tipica Napoletana

20/02/2025: Genuine food, typical dishes of traditional cuisine, excellent service, friendly welcome.
19/02/2025: A fantastic experience. Empathetic and efficient service and, at the same time, very discreet. Excellent dishes (starting from the starters: excellent parmigiana, delicious fried meatballs with lemon. Moving on to the first courses: extraordinary Genoese, perhaps the best I've ever eaten in my life, and excellent lardiata although, to personal taste: a) it doesn't go very well with mezzanello (I prefer zito); b) a little lacking in chili pepper, which I would always put - and always in considerable doses - in the lardiata. Coming to the dessert: excellent pastiera, a very tasty encounter with tradition also in light of the choice to include - and, good God, to make you taste - wheat, now increasingly twilight in contemporary recipes. And, above all, a wonderful, extraordinary lemon caprese. An apotheosis for the taste buds). Low costs and/or in any case proportionate to the quality and quantity of the food served and the amenities of the place. 'To Tiana', as far as I'm concerned, highly recommended.
